Really interesting! - Our guide-chef Jimmie was hilarious and a lot of fun! The cooking site itself is really impressive with demonstration gardens. The cooking rooms are very cool and the class sizes are perfect.

Great experience and thoroughly recommended - Really great experience. Collected from hotel and taken via informative market visit to the school. Bryan our chef was clear, interesting and informative. The whole cooking experience in small groups (we were 8, but the kitchen would only accommodate 10(12?)) while still being allowed to choose what you prepare and cook form a menu was great. We cooked two different soups, two different curries and two variations of pad Thai. The school location is a series of lovely shaded open air kitchens in a garden setting. Having cooked and eaten it all we were fed for the day. Great value and thoroughly recommended.

The Best Cooking School! - This entire experience from start to finish was fantastic. First they met us at an outdoor market where they took us around and showed us so many different vegetables I knew nothing about. Then we went to the cooking school. How fun it all was, and so much food we made and ate! Our teacher was just wonderful. Can’t remember her name, but see picture. First she took us to the organic garden, and taught us about a lot of the vegetables we would be using. We got to feel, touch, and smell some of them. We all had so much fun making our dishes and then eating them. Make sure you come hungry, because it’s a huge amount of food. Besides the cooking experience, the place is just gorgeous. It’s a really fun place to take lots of pictures.

A brilliant day out. - What a fantastic way to learn about the subtleties of Thai cooking with a tour around the organic garden and then learning how to cook several dishes from scratch. Best was a brilliant instructor/chef who taught us how to make our own paste for various delicious Thai classic meals. Although several of the small group had different meals he ensured we all knew what we were doing and ended up with delicious meals.

What did we cook? - The "farm" where we cooked was nice. Enjoyed the chickens and relationship of the cook with the chickens. Meals were good. I thought we were supposed to get a copy of the recipe. We never received a copy for any of the meals we prepared.
