Horrible but necessary stories which need to be told - No one leaves this tour as the same person. I visited Srebrenica 11 years ago but I learned so many new things and gained more insight thanks to Almir’s kind and insightful explanations. He openly shared his painful experiences and for that I will be eternally grateful. And answered all questions with such honesty. With all my heart, hvala! This place should be mandatory to visit for all young people, so they understand why, and make sure it will never happen again.

Important tour - Muamer is a great guide, passionate about Bosnian history and heritage. Unrushed and thoughtful tour; an important place to visit in view of what's happening in the world today.

A very good tour - Our guide was very knowledgeable and also very nice. On the way to Srebrenica he told us a lot about the history. He also told us some personal stories as he was in Sarajevo during the Siege. It was a very touching tour and also very informative. I strongly recommend this tour, visiting and never forgetting Srebrenica.

Tour was phenomenal and Almir is absolutely fantastic - we learnt so much!! - First up: We just want to iterate that our tour guide Almir was absolutely phenomenal!!! The best tour guide ever. He was so full of history and knowledge; he spoke extensively about the history of the war and shared his own personal experiences, which was very generous of him and it helped us contextualise the day. We learnt so much from Almir (we're both visiting Professors in International Relations from US and UK researching the war) and we are so grateful for him sharing such insights and his anecdotes. He's also exceptionally kind - he treated us to Bosnian coffee!! - and he's hilarious. Given the gravity of the day, my friend and I laughed a lot in the car with Almir - this was a very welcomed relief after the topic at hand. (Which, if you're looking at this tour, you know it includes very sad and heavy content.) Second: the places we visited were incredibly moving and detailed... The drive through the Bosnian countryside is stunning - I fully recommend it, as it's beautiful out there - and the Srebrenica museum in the old DUTCHBAT UN headquarters was fantastic. Absolutely please take this tour if you're interested in the genocide and the history of the war - and ask for Almir for an extra treat!!! Thank you thank you thank you again, Almir! We absolutely loved the tour, we learnt a lot, and cannot recommend it more.

Srebrenica Tour - Very informative tour in a small group, explains the devastating events that occurred in Bosnia not so long ago. Includes few stops, such as Srebrenica town and the exhibitions shown in the old UN base. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bosnia.

An emotionally draining and sobering place but a very thought provoking tour. - This is a place everyone needs to go. The history of this heartbreaking episode of recent history is sobering and thought provoking. Our guide Senad was amazing and drove three hours there and three hours back from Sarajevo, providing a wonderful history of the areas we passed through. He was caring and very friendly allowing plenty of time for toilet breaks and refreshments. I thoroughly recommend this amazing tour.
