Must-see visit to discover the life of Sarajevo’s craftsmen and traders - Visit of many craftsmen of the old city of Sarajevo , carried out by Armina, a person with a great heart and passion for his country and his city. The tour lasted four hours, and it was a very small group of two people, and it was in English, Armina speaks other languages like French. Many local craftsmen and traders were visited, and many dishes, cheeses, meat drinks, desserts, drinks and other local dishes were tasted. There were also many explanations about the history of the city, the post-war geopolitical situation and the current life of the merchants who decided to stay in Sarajevo despite the attractiveness of an easier life elsewhere. Other topics were also discussed , and we had plenty of advice on important things to do in Sarajevo , such as visiting some museums about the war , or visiting some places nearby that are beautiful to see. It was also discovered the difficulty of these artisans who have to compete with foreign traders who import non-local products to offer very low prices (such as food stores that import fruits from all over the world right next to local markets that have more expensive but better products from Bosnia and Herzegovina) I did this tour on the last day, I think it's better to do it at the very beginning of the trip to know precisely all these local traders and the different types of food to test. Many thanks to Armina for this wonderful time spent with her.

Best Food Tour - One of the best food tours we have taken! Hannan was terrific. She is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. My husband and I were the only ones on the tour and we got a chance to really learn about the culture, traditions, food and crafts of Sarajevo. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend.

Stuffed! - amazing time with Kiki yesterday with the food and crafts tour! if you like your meat, cheese and bread then this tour is for you! word of warning, try not to eat before the tour as you will be stuffed to the brim, just like all food and veg stuffed with meat here! The tour also explores bit of history of sarajevo and its amazing artisans continuing the tradition of skilfully handmade crafts. 5 stars to Kiki!

A tour fit for foodies! - Great tour! Our tour guide Hanan was excellent. We’ve taken many tours over the years and she is the best! The craftsmen and women presented their crafts in an interesting and engaging manner. Best of all the food was delicious and Hanan did an excellent job of describing each dish and how it was prepared. Pro tip: don’t eat breakfast on the day of the tour. We’ll do this one again next time we are in Sarajevo!!!

Flexible tour, delicious food - We had a fantastic tour last week with Agnes, which was adapted to us as we went according to our interests, appetite and the attention of our six year old! We tried so many different local foods from markets, shops and restaurants - it was brilliant. As we wandered the city, Agnes shared lots of information about the culture and the sights we were passing. It was really informative, relaxed and a highlight of our trip.

Good tour - This was a fun tour. We got to try a variety of food from all over town and also the tour included some non-food stops (so we could digest a little!) I found it more flexible than the other food tour I'd been on, not quite a set dish a each place, there was some room for alteration to fit one's diet.
