In the soba noodle making experience, you can learn the process of making dough from buckwheat flour, stretching and cutting the noodles. Through the soba noodle making experience, you can experience Japanese food culture and traditions.

Flow of soba noodle making experience ① Mix the buckwheat flour ② Stretch the soba ③ Cut the soba ④ Taste the soba you made and the tempura made by the craftsman The actual soba noodle making experience takes about 30 minutes. After that, you will taste the noodles, and the whole experience will take about 1 hour and 15 minutes to complete. Even small children can enjoy making soba noodles casually and happily.

※About inquiries: Since our shop is open as a hand-made soba shop during the lunch hours, we may not be able to answer inquiries on the day. Awesome experience! - After experiencing Mondo’s soba making, you’ll have a whole new appreciation for homemade soba! It was a fun experience and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for something different to do in Hokkaido. We were also able to enjoy the soba we made along with a variety of tempura, sooo yummy!!!

Great soba making experience! - Great experience! The ambiance was welcoming and very instructive in soba making. You know someone knows what they’re doing when they make you feel like a soba expert on your first try! The shabu shabu experience was delicious also. Highly recommend to anyone interested!

Make soba in Sapporo - Communication and instruction was good, sanitary and clean. Tempura was delicious but not taught how to make. We were under the impression we were going to make soba and tempura.
