A wondeful trip to Sapa when I come back to Vietnam - We booked a tour via Mozio but actually GoAsiaDayTrip made it for us. The bus was on time and the tourguide was kinda funny and helpful. Well, in general, everything was funny and well-organized. The view and the food are fine, at first we didnot actually get well with the food but the dinner was so nice. We will definitely booked another tour on Goasiadaytrip.

Good fun! - It was Vietnamese holiday period and somehow start of the trip got heavily delayed. Our guide - Khoi, was very composed and manage to sort out rest of the day's itinerary without much issues. Kudos to Khoi who's very flexible with the group and always ready to provide alternatives solutions. He made the trip more enjoyable, on top of the amazing views that Sapa has to offer. Homestay was an eye-opening experience and our hosts are so hospitable. We spent the evening chatting away over dinner and drinks. It's all good fun.

Not as advertised! - They are obviously an agent and don't actually manage the tour, but people on the same tour as us (booked the day before, from their hotel) were around $30/50 pp cheaper. I would not recommend to anyone going in Vietnam to book through them, just ask the hotel where you're staying in Hanoi. Other than this, what we found disappointing, and that unfortunately compromised a good deal of the whole experience, was the accommodation we were offered. We saw a promotional video from goasiadaytrip on you tube which you may find easily. We were put before a very different standard of hospitality. The hotel we stayed at had smelly bedrooms, ridiculous lack of soundproof and flavourless and overcooked food. Anyone could gather it was the case from a few comments on tripadvisor. We sent an email to their "customer relations manager" where we detailed the situation we were in after receiving the request for a feedback and were completely ignored which, I guess, just put the proverbial cherry on the cake. Not very professional and definitely would not recommend for booking tours.
