Amazing - Amazing caves. Beautiful water in them. Worth taking the little boat that crosses you from one area to another. Very humid but beatiful

Lovely place in Zona Colonial. - The three, actually 4, 'eyes' were beautiful to see and well worth a visit. The actual entrance to the place is quite inexpensive- the cost increases sharply when you hire a guide. We did- his name was Juan Carlos and he was lovely. Good fun and very informative. I'd have given 5 stars if it weren't for the pushiness of the person trying to sell souvenirs at the end of the tour. I know they're trying to make a living and I sympathise but it marred the experience a little. I must say also though that our guide acted with great honesty when I accidentally massively over-tipped him when he returned the excess to me. Thanks, Juan Carlos.

DO NOT DO IT. - This tour was a total disaster. Leonardo the tour guy was very nice guy but he was not knowledgeable and was rushing through the tour. The tour was poorly organized. I choose to be picked up at Billini hotel. When a tour offer transportation I assume they will pick you up. Our transportation was uber. Our tour guy asked me to get the uber which i found it weird. He did said he would give me the money for it. But all the uber where order by me. When we got to the locations, i had to pay for the entrance. I explained to him, that my credit card was international and i was going to get a fee from my bank. His answer word by word was “eso es solo como 4 dollares”. The point of a tour is not have to worry about things and have enjoyable time. Please do not waste your time with this tour. Just take a taxi and do it yourself. You will be saving money as well.
