Amazing experience in Santo Domingo - My friends and I loved this tour! Starting from the hotel pick up, bus transportation to santo Domingo and most importantly learning more about the Dominican culture and site seeing. My friends really loved walking through Zona Colonial and taking few pictures! The food was delicious. Overall the experience was top notch and I would recommend anyone to book.

Excellent and... - Excellent and Well-Organized Tour From the moment we were picked up at our hotel in Punta Cana, everything ran smoothly. The pickup was right on time, and the transportation was very comfortable. Our guide was super professional and shared lots of interesting information at every stop. Santo Domingo really surprised us with its beauty and history, especially the Colonial Zone. Lunch was delicious, featuring well-prepared local dishes. A stress-free, full day, highly recommended!

Santo Domingo Beautiful History - We booked our Santo Domingo day tour through Xcape Tours and it was absolutely worth it! The whole day was smooth and well-organized—from the hotel pickup to exploring the city’s most iconic landmarks. The Three Eyes Cenotes were breathtaking, and we loved learning the rich history behind every stop. Walking through the Zona Colonial, visiting the oldest cathedral in the Americas, and seeing the Presidential Palace up close made us appreciate the beauty and culture of the Dominican Republic even more. Our guide was fantastic—informative, friendly, and made everything interesting. The buffet lunch was a great bonus, and the whole experience was just unforgettable. Highly recommend booking through Xcape Tours for a seamless and memorable day!

Willie was a tremendous guide! This was a well organized and fabulous tour! - This tour was fabulous and well organized. Willie was a tremendous guide. He was so knowledgable and proud of the Dominican Republic. His energy made the tour even better. The caves, the towns, the lunch, just everything was great. Even the stops were coordinated at the right time. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

BE LIKE NIKE AND JUST DO IT!!!!! - THIS TRIP WAS AMAZING!!!! My husband and I loved it from start to finish! A tour to Santo Domingo from Punta Cana is no easy feat lol it took about 2 1/2-3 hours of travel from the resort but the trip was relaxing! We had a group of about 12 from all different resorts which made it enjoyable! The trip started with us heading to the “Cenotes”, then to “la Zona Colonial” followed by an amazing meal at Imperial Restaurant and then we hit the streets of Santo Domingo to the “Panteón Nacional” located there, the chocolate factory known as “Choco Pick,” (WHICH WAS AMAZING - I’m craving their chocolate as we speak!) as well as the “Museo de las Casas Reales.” Willie Núñez was our tour guide and he was PHENOMENAL!!! He had a wealth of knowledge, was extremely personable and the perfect personality for his job! He was so gracious and patient with my husband who doesn’t speak Spanish at all! He had no problem translating and made a huge effort to make sure he understood all the info and instructions! Ronald was our driver and he was so kind and great with our group! I cannot recommend this excursion more and hope to repeat it on our next trip!!!

Pleasant and unpleasant - My over all experience was amazing. The tour was good. This trip was for my husband’s 40th birthday celebration. My daughter , husband and I have a great time. Enjoy the cenote and exploring the city of Santo Domingo. The lunch was delicious with amazing service. My only complaint is when it was time to return to the hotel. After stopping to get on another bus to take us to our hotel. The driver took us to a neighboring hotel ( the adult side.. we stayed at the family side) . The staff at the adult hotel refused to let us use the golf cart to take us to our hotel and the bus driver refused to take us. After some arguing in spanish between the 3 of them (2 hotel staff and the bus driver) The driver pointed at us to get back on the bus. .. he wasn’t happy clearly He drove over to the family side of the hotel drop us off, and he didn’t even wait for us to get of the bus and sped off. It was an unpleasant experience to a great day.

Would recommend - Pick up times were changed several times & pick up late however driver apologised for confusion. Will, the tour guide was very knowledgable and took us around the city showing us various points of interest with enthusiasm . Lunch was nice with plenty to eat. The driver to & from Santo Domingo got us there & back without issue.
