Spectacular!! DO NOT BUY BOOKING OR VIATOR TICKETS - The place is beautiful. A unique experience of appreciating the city of Santiago with the imposing Andes mountain range. Very friendly hosts and collaborators with visitors.
You can take very nice pictures.
Just arrive and buy the ticket.
NEVER buy tickets without queuing what BOOKING offers and the provider is VIATOR. They charged me $35 from each ticket and Sky Costanera did not accept it; they indicated that they have had problems with those tickets.
They gave us some complimentary passes and we managed to get in.
I made the claim on Booking and Viator sending all documents and records and none was responsible. They "stole" the money from those tickets; neither paid it to Ski Costanera nor returned it to me.

Sky Costanera - The views are beautiful. Wonderful sunshine. Beautiful pictures. We can see the city in 360 degrees. It's 61 floors and then you still need to climb a staircase.

Check the weather first - If the weather is not 100% clear, don’t bother. It is not a very special observatory. What you want to see is the mountains. Glorious mountains. The city is just a city, grey and full of cement.
The restaurant only has one vegetarian option, which is really not okay. And the raviolis were hard, probably frozen for a long time.
The wine was good. The bill was $23k Chilean pesos for a good size wine glass and the hard raviolis. The waiter was very friendly and nice. Good service.
The little store up here is very basic. Nothing worth buying as a memoir.

NEVER USE THIS FOR THE TOWER. - Complete failure. DO Not Use this to visit the Tower. The promised e-mail with the QR code document for entry to the tower was not delivered. ALL attempts to contact the provider failed with message ‘TRY AGAIN LATER’. The telephone for the provider, in ARGENTINA ??, was answered with ‘PLEASE LEAVE A MESSAGE”. No return calls. Still waiting for a refund. BUT not likely since Traveladvisor states ‘RERFUNDS only if canceled 24 hours before’ and they do not send the email/ticket until the day/24 hrs before the visit. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE to react/correct the issue, NEVER USE this and pay the ticket at the tower for half this price and no lines at the tower.

Awful. - Unfortunately it turned out to be a scam. We show up at the venue on time and date. You guys hadn't sent us a QR code, needed to get in. They searched under confirmation numbers, name, email address and didn't find any reservations for us. We had to leave the place without enjoying it. I've filed the claim to get the money paid back. Viator replied, stating that I had been sent the QR to my mail, which I never received. They refuse to make the refund. I'll have to report the case through the media. I have been recommended with Chilevision to make the complaint.
Unfortunately the company cannot be recommended. It's not reliable.

Cost on Tripadvisor is double what it is worth on the site to visit - The place is amazing but I was disappointed in the fact that I bought with Tripadvisor and when I got to the site it was half price of what I bought from this site. And besides, you didn't have to line up because you could buy online because they had a QR code.

Refund - I want my money back
(refund) did not send the Qr Code code , I had to talk and show email without QR code ( necessary) and I entered for free because they were sorry . the ticket from the site proves that I entered for free , they found nothing in the system Never buy anything again from this company . Total disappointment , no way to talk to you , no international connection , and a lack of respect for the customer . Please return my money and the least I expect. No waitingoooo

GOLPE! - Bad service! There's no service channel! I requested cancellation within the deadline and was not taken care of. I got to the place of the Reservation, and I had to pay for another ticket on site, because the company TripAdvisor did not send me the tickets. I demand the refund!
