I recommend - I've taken this bus in different cities and countries. I consider it one of the best ways to get to know the city, as they continually tell you about your destination, and you can get on and off as many times as you want.

great view of the city - a beautiful way to get to know santiago de chile from the heights, I recommend to go well warmed, because it is very cold in the heights! the ticket included the bus to tour the city and the funicular of Cerro San Cristobal

excellent proposal to know Santiago - It was very good to do this activity to get to know the city, the only thing, I was unlucky there was a marathon, and the stops were limited!

Unforeseen. - Unfortunately today we were surprised by a marathon in Santiago, which caused us to cancel the program. But I was extremely well taken care of by the correspondent from early on and he gave us full attention in relation to everything, including about the cancellation. I am an ongoing client of VCS and so I will remain. Thank you very much.

My recommendation ✨ - The best way to get to know the city of Santiago de Chile is with this bus, because you can get off and get to know all the stops that you find interesting! Also being able to climb San Cristobal Hill in the funicular, I found spectacular, the views of the whole city from above. It is Lovely everything ❤️ 100% recommend.

Santiago on wheels - Fantastic service!!!! Great stops! And you can still buy the package with lift up at stop 3 with lift down at stop 4! We picked up and stopped at point 1, at the shopping center. Two days are ideas. We focused on the parks because it's summer. We will leave the museums for another opportunity! I had doubts at all stops where to climb back due to lack of stop signalling. So, keep well where you went down to get back up!!! Very good!!!

improve coordination of voucher delivery - It is a very good idea to make this bus to know the city and its highlights. I also think they can improve the organization to give us the voucher, it took a little while, the rest is very good. We thought the price and quality of the service was right.

A bit hard to see some of... - A bit hard to see some of the sites from the bus at times. Wait times at stops were a bit long. Audio was typically good but sometimes a bit hard to follow and to sync up what you were hearing to what you were seeing.

Pricey waste of money - Thought a bus circuit was a good way of seeing things in one day but instead it was expensive and terrible. There are no ‘ bus stop’ signs so need to ask where to pick up eg‘ outside mexican restaurant’ which meant it was impossible to get off and then walk across the square to the next pick up. The commentary was out of sync so would tell us about some things two stops ago. There are only 10 stops. Two of those were out of reach due to road closures and they explained we couldn’t walk up through as wouldn’t be able to find bus stop again - no signs! One stop was a shopping Center where the sit for 20 min. One stop a fountain which hasn’t worked for years so a green pond. Another stop a park to see flamingoes which again was a cesspool no birds. I would recommend instead going to cable car and funicular without the tourist bus. Use metro and local bus.

Lousy service. - In the morning we took the Turistik Hop-on Hop off, and it was a fiasco. As soon as we took it we were offered magnets in exchange for a positive review on Tripadvidor for the service. Constanza Valdivieso and Moyra Rodriguez were pushing us for the comment. It was very difficult to find the stops, there were no signs, you had to guess the seasons. In other countries this does not happen. Unfortunate service
