Great long layover in Santiago - Our driver and guide was Jaime, a local for most of his life. Not only was he a good driver with an uncanny knack of finding parking places, Jaime knew the history and the current trends of the city. We asked for a stop to have coffee and pastries and that was no problem to accommodate in the schedule. I wish we had room in our luggage to buy some dolce de leche to take home as he had a perfect store already picked out on our way to lunch and wine tasting. A very good day!

Wonderful tour and tour guide - Our all day excursion in Santiago was a wonderful way to spend the day instead of waiting at the airport or venturing out on our own. Our tour guide Luis spoke good English and was very informative. The company contacted us through WhatsApp and let us know that he would pick us up at 10:30am instead of 8:00am. The tour included a wonderful lunch. The main course was great; I got salmon and my husband got chicken. They were both large portions and came with potato or rice choices and salads and a wonderful dessert. All admissions were included. I only wish I had asked Viator what the appropriate gratuity would be because I am always uncertain about that.

Sensational - We had a great day visiting interesting sites around Santiago. Our guide, Luis, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He shared interesting information about history and culture. The 3 course lunch which was included in the tour was very good. Our last stop was Concha y Toro. The wine tasting was done outdoors with awesome views of the vineyard and this magnificent property. Communications from the tour operator were timely and clear. We were picked up on time from our hotel. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It was a memorable experience.

Fun before flight - Our tour guide, Erik, was wonderful adapting the tour to ladies with mobility issues. He was knowledgeable about his city show us many of the highlights. His sense of humor made the tour one of the most fun we had. We went to a great restaurant before going to the airport for the long trip home.

Cathedrals, Supreme Court, Bishop Installations, Symphonies and Cable Cars - Luis was a great tour guide. We had already done the Concho de Toro wine tasting so did not want to do that again, so Luis customized our tour! Instead we visited three cathedrals and the Supreme Court. It was perfect. We attended the installation of the Archbishop of Metropolitan Santiago. Then, at another church, attended a Christmas symphony. We visited the Santa Maria statute installed in 1904 via the cable cars. We toured the supreme court, which was very interesting to me as an attorney in USA. We had coffee/lunch at the market, then later an amazing dinner complete with Pisco Sours. It was simply an amazing tour!

Santiago In A Day - Luis and driver picked us up at the airport and dropped us at our hotel keeping our luggage in the car with the driver, which eliminated a lot of stress. In between we were taken to several sites in the city, stopping at some and driving past others. We visited a winery and enjoyed that very much. We missed out on two activities that were covered in our charge. The gondolas at Recoleta Cerritos San Cristobal were not working at the time we visited and we did not visit the Sky Costaneras which was disappointing. It might be impossible to do all those things. But Luis worked hard and was very informative with history and facts about the city. He was relatable and enjoyable.
