A Day of Discovery in San Salvador

As a seasoned traveler and surfer, I’ve spent countless days chasing waves and exploring the vibrant cultures of Central America. But every now and then, I like to trade my surfboard for a pair of walking shoes and dive into the heart of a city. This time, my journey took me to San Salvador, where I embarked on a full-day tour that promised a fusion of nature, history, and culture.

The day began with a visit to El Boqueron National Park, perched atop the San Salvador volcano. The drive up was a scenic delight, with lush greenery and panoramic views of the city below. As we reached the park, the cool mountain air was a refreshing change from the coastal breezes I’m accustomed to. The trail to the top was lined with vibrant flowers, and the views from the three viewpoints were nothing short of spectacular. Sliding into Adventure
