How to discover everything about coffee - It was wonderful. To be able to learn so much from the coffee process and taste coffee alone that I’m not used to and taste it was absolutely amazing. Fabian was our guide and we were lucky to be alone and made the most of it

Much more than a tour - Many people when they choose Colombia as a vacation destination, think of the icons of the country from the ignorance or the myths "photo tourists". One of them is the Coffee Shaft. In these 3 days we have spent here as a tourism operator with a vision of respect, knowledge of the local culture, the work of those who have really made history and what is today the Coffee Cultural Landscape, I had the fortune that the guide we had recommended Finca del Café to do the tour and that I really understood and interpreted what it means to be a coffee farmer. On the estate the guide Fabian, was much more than a guide of the estate. He taught us the essence of the axis, traditions and daily life of the simple, loving, friendly and professional people of the area. It's a beautiful product. A support also to women with their yogurt peel and sweetened with panela water, DELICIOUS. And for the poor we drink black coffee thinking that it is the best, a life lesson. For me 9-year-old girl, it was a priceless contact with nature. He was thrilled with the grain harvest, with the animals, the plants, the fruits and with the way Fabian involved him in the whole process with great affection. Thank you for making the land an art, a coffee, a passion, a work, a culture.
