Assistant was pleasant , attentive and quickly brought us our lunch. Super experience and we will undoubtedly do it again soon.

I made a mistake in booking the location, and the first manager Yasmeen I spoke with was very rude in her demeanor and unwilling to assist us in changing to another location. However, after multiple calls I connected with another manager who said it would not be a problem and sent someone out to get set up at the new location within 30 mins. I really appreciated her help and the young man Mika who came to set up. There was a bit of a delay with our food order, but his customer service and friendly attitude went a long way! Really appreciated his assistance, good vibes, food was great and had a great beach day. Would recommend additional customer service training for Yasmeen.

We love Beach Butler. And have been fans of the business and supporters for the last 7 years. Upon arrival, we asked for help to take our things down to the beach. It was a very long wait and they kept telling us to leave our things and head out...I did not feel comfortable leaving our items unsupervised. At the very start...upon arrival....we ordered lunch. 12:00pm. We did not receive any updates on food or receive the food until 2:30pm. My 4 kids were starving. If there was a delay....it should have simply been communicated and we would have ordered from elsewhere...I had to walk back up from the beach to get an update and retrieve the food. There were never any check-ins like in the past...I understand it's a very hard job in the hot sun...so we tried to have grace...but I did not feel like we had any service after we arrived. I also wanted to add 2 umbrellas to my 150.00 order and was told I would have to pay another 150. When it should be 35.00 per chair add. It was a bummer.

We had an 11:30 reservation. We have been reserving from Beach Butler 2x a year for many years. We arrived 15 minutes early per the instructions on the confirmation. At first I was told they don't have the reservation/was I at the right place? Yes here is the confirmation of course in the right place. Then many minutes goes by. I go to find the man in all black who is loading a cart. I confirm with him we are three chairs two umbrellas. Many minutes goes by and we follow him out the the beach. He then proceeds to set up for another trio who said they had been waiting since 10:30. At this point he only has two chairs and one umbrella for us. He starts to set up directly next to these people. We say please move it away. He sets up what he has. Then he has to go back and get the rest. We did not sit in the chairs until 12:00pm - so we stood and waited for this process for 45 minutes! There were only TWO customers that day - why was this not set up earlier??? And ready when we arrived?? The "Concierge" showed up once - said he was coming back and never did. The set up guy had offered to comp us something but we bring our own food. Could have come back to ask us if we wanted a drink comped at least. Should have discounted the very expensive set up instead. We will be looking for a new venue. This was truly ridiculous. You have such a great IDEA but the execution sucks which is why there were only two customers in the middle of the summer.
