Highly recommended! - Awesome! This place is a vibe! The staff were all super friendly and really added to the experience. Big thank you to Jackie and Clovish for making it even more memorable. Thank you to the drivers for transporting us to and from the venue, including the lift to the base of the mountain. The safety briefing was really helpful, especially if you’re nervous like I was! You will be weighed (for safety and to check if tandem is possible), which is totally standard and ensures everything runs smoothly, especially for kids. You can rent a GoPro for €20, and you get to keep the branded Zipline SD card. Just a heads up, there’s no sound, and the quality wasn’t amazing. My phone footage actually came out better, so maybe check the settings first. It would be nice if someone filmed you as you went down too. Transport takes you to the base of the mountain, followed by a 10–15 min uphill hike. Be prepared. It’s a bit of a workout! But once at the top, the views are absolutely stunning. There’s music, water, and a bit of liquid courage if you need it while you wait. Don’t skip the photo ops with the “I Love Zipline” sign, the flag, and the giant bench — all great fun. We were both scared of heights but honestly felt so reassured. The harness checks and overall safety made a big difference. At the end of the ride, you’re met by staff, and if you go early enough in the day, you might catch the music and dancing at the bottom too. Make sure to wear shorts or trousers and closed-toe shoes. There is the option to be picked up from your hotel or Pirata Discotheque in Santa Maria. Such an unforgettable experience!

Amazing :-) - We had a great time at the zip line - it was the best excursion we did whilst on holiday. Friendly staff and well organised activity. We felt safe and staff were great. The view from the top of the zip line is incredible and the zip line down is fantastic - well worth the money! I would certainly recommend.

Exciting Zipline Ride With Incredible Views - The zip-line was a ton of fun with an incredible view of nearly the entire island and picturesque coastline. The guides were a lot of fun and made it a good time. It is a pretty steep hike up to the top of the mountain, so just be aware of that. Would definitely do this again!

10/10 experience - Wear comfortable shoes for example tennis shoes/ sneakers…. Nothing fancy because you will be climbing rough, hilly terrain. Wearing slides or crocs is a “no go” lol. It’s better to pay at the location than on the third party websites including this website (Viator / TripAdvisor). Hotel pick up is 10/10 but please understand they are tardy… they will not pick you up on the schedule time but they will pick you up…10-15 minutes past the scheduled time As someone who had the opportunity to do the zipline experience four times over two days, I would have liked to see a more inclusive and diverse approach in the way the staff participated. Specifically, I noticed that the females working in the office were not involved in the physical aspects of the ziplining experience. Only the male staff members were seen walking the customers up the hill, securing the zipline gear, and assisting throughout the activity. ⭐️❤️🇨🇻 As a female myself, It would have been refreshing to see a greater level of diversity in the roles assigned to staff, with the females actively participating in walking the hills, strapping customers in, and even ziplining themselves. It’s 2025, and promoting diversity and inclusion should be standard practice in all environments. Seeing both male and female staff equally engaged would have not only created a more balanced experience but also highlighted a stronger commitment to inclusivity. I had an absolute blast 10/10 recommend! #GodIsGreatest

A great adventure - The zipline adventure at ZiplineCaboverde is now an absolute must. We already made contact right before our holiday. The hotel pick-up was on time and the atmosphere on arrival just great. All guides in good spirits and live music. There are also German-speaking guides on site. Half of the ascent to the mountain takes place with the PickUp, then it becomes a bit more arduous if it continues on foot. Once at the top a dream. Great view. We booked the late slot, so we went into the sunset. Safety, by the way, is the top priority here. Anyone who is in the hall should definitely try this out.

Exhilarating experience - Fantastic fun right from hotel pick up to the zip line experience Staff really friendly and good fun, serious when they need to be ie harness safety etc Chilled no stress mantra! Zip line ride soooooo good and that coming from someone who is afraid of heights. Don't just think about it, do it!
