Highlight of our trip to Cabo Verde - We had booked a wonderful snorkeling trip and were more than thrilled. Just off the coast, countless colorful fish, starfish and moray eels were frolicking around an old shipwreck. During the trip, we even saw a sea turtle. A great opportunity to discover this diverse underwater world even without a diving license or previous knowledge. The use of equipment including a wetsuit was also included. The atmosphere in our small group was great from the start and we would love to come back.

Pretty good! - It was a decent activity. A bit disorganized but communication with the provider was excellent. The wreck site was beat and there were turtles!

All right, a little but... - Very good care, our Guide took care of taking the child caught in the lifeguard to facilitate the snorkeling with the mask.If I have to put a but the conditions were not good, there were waves of more than 2 meters and that made some dizzy and more complicated to snorkel, we still got to see a turtle that was the target in addition to many fish.

Snorkeling with Jorge - Experience completely recommended! We did Snorkeling with Jorge (TOP monitor), knew perfectly the environment and made great photos. To give it a point of improvement, we were too big a group and it loses a bit of charm the experience.

Some mixed feelings - I booked a snorkeling trip. The equipment was provided, the transfer from the hotel was included. Unfortunately, there was no way to try on the glasses beforehand. As a result, water penetrated my glasses throughout the tour. A guide briefly tried to help, but then didn't take any further interest in it. Unfortunately, the group was quite large, so you quickly lost track of where the guide was. The sea was also quite strong that day. Unfortunately, there was no check at any time if something was wrong with someone. I would call myself a really good swimmer, but the whole thing was already challenging for me and some other participants. But there were turtles to see in the wild, which compensated for some.

Shame, was expecting a lot more….. - You (a big group) are literally given an old snorkel and some flippers and put in a wetsuit with a life jacket and then marched down the seafront for half a mile, loaded onto a boat and then told to jump off out at sea in big waves. You swim about a bit and then you’re told to get back on the boat. Your taken back to a beach nearby and told to get off the boat and walk another half mile back to the shop.

Very bad experience - Forgot us at the hotel - Not a reliable local provider. They simply forgot to pick us at the hotel RIU despite a proper reservation made and paid a few days ago. Be careful when you book with them or via a travel tour like Luxair. They are not professionnal.
