Wonderful experience! - Wonderful experience to walk in the sea among baby lemonsharks! To catch a glimpse of the bigger male sharks a bit further away was also exciting. Would advise everyone to use swimwear on this excursion (the waves reached up to my waist now and then :) Do this- you won’t regret it!

Informative experience - Took a trip to Shark Bay withExplore Cape Verde, nature excursions. Our guide was a recently qualified Marine Biologist from the Netherlands. I think her name was Corina (apologies if I’ve got it wrong). A very pleasant and amusing guide. It’s a tricky walk over a rocky seabed. Crocs probably the best footwear. Can be hired for 300cve. there. Some groups rushed their viewings , this company doesn’t. We stood amongst young sharks swimming by us with our guide providing interesting information regarding the Lemon sharks and other questions that were fielded at her. One can’t really come to Capo Verde and not do this trip. I found this company on tripadvisor and it proved to be a good choice as well as probably the cheapest.

Lemons Sharks Cape Verde - Fantastic day with a very informative local guide. Got to see dozens of baby lemon sharks in the natural environment. Well worth the trip.

Terrific experience. - Amazing to paddle into the warm water and be there with the young sharks. Wear shorts or swim suit. On arrival there are shoes suitable for walking across the rocky shoreline and the guides on hand to tell you all about it.

Very informative excursion - Our guide was a marine scientist and therefore had a huge knowledge of sharks, but also of turtles and all the marine pollution. It was a very interesting and informative excursion. And the sharks are really harmless:-)

Visit to the lemon sharks - Great experience and such a great guide. We got a good and clear information about the sharks' natural behavior. I very much like the regard for the sharks that she taught us to show. Local guides attracted sharks by feeding. We were taught to just stand still and observe. I would so warmly recommend booking this tour.

Very funny and curious - Very fun experience, they are small so they are not scary and cool to walk among them. Transport there was an adventure.

Great Experience - It was lovely to go in the water with the Lemmon Sharks and to see the larger ones a bit further out. The guide was very knowledgeable. It was difficult to walk out there as the surface in the bay had lots of large stones, it would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. There were people on hand to provide support to anyone who had issues walking over. I would definitely recommend this trip.

Cancelled and ignored - We booked and had our first trip cancelled, for our second trip we waited 20 mins, we emailed, no response. We were refunded but nobody bothered to explain why they didn’t come.
Another family staying on our resort had their trip cancelled on a different date too. Not good, such a shame!

Not good - I booked to go see the lemon sharks for the 24/12/24, that was then cancelled so we got offered to go on the 26/12/24 which I agreed too. They gave me and my partner a confirmation on the time and place of pick up, and no one showed up for pick up. I made attempted to get in touch to find out what's going on and I never received any information back. I feel very let down by this service.
