Buen tour - Very good tour, we saw turtles, manta rays and many fish. They charge $250 for snorkeling equipment and if you bring little kids they rent you a kind of glass-bottom boat for $300. They suggest eating in a restaurant in bay maguey and I got a little raised the price. Back the sea was a bit bravura and the boat moved a lot, but it was a lot of fun.

Beautiful day - This was a wonderful way to spend a day. The crew made sure everyone was safe, comfortable and well hydrated. They played music but not too loud. I look forward to spending another day with them.

The trip is as... - The trip is as advertised. There are several extra fees that are not included but are listed on the description Port fee Park fee Snorkel gear rental fee Bring a snack or something to eat at the first stop( snorkling/beach hang out) Lunch is late and we would not have made it to stop 2 (lunch) for lunch otherwise. They want you to go to a specific restaurant for lunch, but you can pick -they will give a departure time so don’t worry about missing the boat. Overall a good day and worth it 😀

Nice long boat ride with swimming and lunch - We had great confusion about where to meet the tour guide! After 30 minutes of waiting at the dock at the cruise terminal, I decided to walk around the marina to find the boat pictured on Viator. After finding the boat and then inquiring about the return time, we made an adjustment to the excursion. Upon booking this excursion, I disclosed the name of my cruise ship and the on-board time for us to board our ship at the end of the excursion. Because the boat trip did not leave the marina on time, they couldn't guarantee that they could return us to our cruise ship on time. So we participated in part of the excursion and left the group and took a taxi back to the ship in order to board on time. The excursion: the guide narrated mostly in Spanish with little interpretation in English. We were provided life jackets and soda. A restroom was available on the boat. We had a nice ride around to see the bays though I don't believe we saw as many as promised. We pulled into one of the bays at a state/national park and exited the boat by stepping into about 2 feet of water at the rear of the boat and then walking to shore (no dock!) Warning: no bathrooms! We rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for $20 which was disclosed when booking this tour. People could snorkel, sunbath or swim. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages were available for purchase. We stayed for about 2 1/2 hours and re-boarded the boat in the same manor as exiting. The boat took us to another bay which housed several restaurants. The group went to a certain restaurant for lunch but we made our exit at that time because it appeared that we wouldn't have been returned to our cruise ship on time. This excursion would be fine for those in no rush.

Bad tour agency - The amazing bays. St. Augustine is the most beautiful. The places are beautiful. But we had some experience with the tour agency.
