A long day and enjoyable visit to Santa Fe de Antioquia - I had a private tour with Erika, who was great to spend the day with. Picking me up right on time, Erika considered the weather and planned our tour accordingly. She made sure that we caught the historic sites and explained their importance to me. We walked across the suspension bridge outside of town (open only to pedestrians and tuk-tuks), which is an engineering wonder; my Colombian friends were surprised that she took the time for this. We walked through the historic district, enjoyed the architectural details. We talked about the importance of Santa Fe in Colombia's history, about the slave markets, and visited 4 important churches, and had lunch at a great spot. On the way home, Erika took me far out of the normal route so I could meet up with my friends. The personal tour was well worth the price, and I had a fantastic day.

Lovely small colonial town - We had a marvellous time with Erika from beginning to end. We learned that Erika was a professional in another field for many years, but she fell in love with being a tour-guide and kept it as her job. We were glad to have someone who loved her job so passionately, happy all the times, well equipped and behaved professionally! Erika took us through the Western Bridge over the Cauca Rive, and into Santa Fe de Antioquia, and was very knowledgable of the places. Did you know the engineer of the Western Bridge, José Maria Villa Villa was also involved as an engineer with the NY Brooklyn Suspension Bridge? Erika engaged us proactively with great conversations throughout the tour. Santa Fe de Antioquia is a small, pretty colonial town with characters. Despite it is small and not as high profile as Guatapé, there are some quaint boutique hotels, restaurants and a small well maintained museum. For those who like gold, there are some small shops selling lovely items. Erika also took us to a local fruit stand, and we ate fruits that we never had before, some didn't even look like fruits at all! It was a breath of fresh air getting away from the crowded Medellin, and we recommend this small town tour, especially with Erika as your guide!

Great tour in english with Diana! And with 4 kids under 4. - My family of 5, my friend's family of 3, and my mother-in-law had the pleasure of doing this tour in English with Diana and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone interested in learning more about Santa Fe. We had 4 kids under the age of 4 (2 under the age of 1) and Diana was so flexible and patient with us. She was also very knowledgeable and answered our questions when we were curious to learn more. My nanny is still learning english, and Diana was kind enough to be sure to share the information in spanish as well so she could enjoy the tour too. We also were staying in Santa Fe already so they were able to pick us up but they usually offer this tour with transport FROM Medellin.

Exploring with Friends - Our tour began early. Erika was great and punctual. She was super friendly and WOW she knew her stuff. She’s an excellent history buff and also knew about various topic that came up during the trip. The town was very cute and had a lot to offer. We changed our trip just a little and Erika was very accommodating. Definitely recommended if going to this area.

Amazing! - This is an amazing tour and I highly recommend it. Totally different from the common Guatapé, Communa 13 and Pablo Escobar tours. It’s definitely worth every penny. Our tour guide (Erika) was very knowledgeable and treated us like family the entire time. We learned so much about Santa Fe and the Western Bridge. Erika recommended a great coffee shop and restaurant for lunch and it did not disappoint. She also took us to many historic sites, museums and shops. Overall we had a wonderful time and having Erika as our guide was a complete blessing.

Incredible day trip - The visit to Santa Fe de Antioquia was incredible. Our tour guide, Sarah was very helpful in showing us the tour of the historic town and was a wealth of information about the town, little known facts about the town, general information about medellin and was able to recommend some local flavors of the town. We would highly recommend this trip for those who like to tour a small town with its own unique history and architecture.
