Fun for First Timers!! - Guides Juan and Cesar were GREAT! Put our anxious family of first time zipliners at ease! Willing to take pictures and video our experience. We also saw SO many howler monkeys during this excursion! Great views, fun time, and not so scary! By the last zipline we were brave enough to go upside down! Ended the experience with some water and fresh pineapple and got to enjoy resident doggies Timon and Pumba!

Fantastico! - Juan and Diego were great helping my family get through. Even the wife, who was a little terrified was able to complete the course thanks to support from the guides. And monkeys were seen. Great time!

- It was my first time .. Mikado Natural Lodge made it so easy for me .. The two Guys that were my guides were so cool and funny and made me so comfortable ! I want to do it again when I come back next year! I highly recommend! I tipped them $15.00 dollars each ! 😊

Great ZIP line tour with nice organizers - The Monkey ZIP-Line Tour is one of many tours of this kind. There are 7 ZIP lines. Faster, shorter and a relatively long one. We had not reserved any seats and therefore drove towards good luck, which was no problem, however, as we were the only ones. At the beginning we were driven by one of the employees to the starting point by car. He was very personable and told us a little about life in Costa Rica. Once at the top, another guide took some photos of us in front of the great view over the countryside. Stunning! First we were instructed in the hand signals of the guides. This took about 5 minutes and is not witchcraft in itself. But it was very important to them, which we liked. So definitely attention was paid to the safety precautions. The ZIP lines also made an absolutely stable impression and we never had a bad feeling. Our highlight were the howler monkeys, which shimmed or slept through the trees 2 meters above us and in no way let us disturb them. It was also really impressive to “fly” 50 meters above the ground through the jungle of Costa Rica. The staff and guides were all very friendly, humorous and went out of their way to give us a great experience. One of them was a fan of Rammstein, which we found class so far from home. Finally, there was half a pineapple and 2 bottles of water. An iguana also visited us, which rounded off the visit here.:) It was our only ZIP-Line tour, which is why we have no comparison in terms of price and performance. Overall, however, a really great experience and a clear recommendation from us.

My group had a great... - My group had a great time! The guides were very helpful, nice and so much fun! We traveled with a group of 10 and everyone felt safe thanks to our guides. 10/10 recommend!

Perfect Zip Lining trip from Tamarindo - Very fun and safe! We drove our rental SUV from Tamarindo, no problem. These guys were courteous, knowledgeable and funny! The booking is ~ 7:00 to 3:00 pm but it's really about an hour. Contact them through the app to set your start time, we started at 11:00.

Wonderful and fun! - It was beautiful and fun. Our guides were great. Starling kept it fun and positive- thank you! We saw monkeys and the ziplines were great. There was no communication about what time to arrive, that’s the only downside. We ended up calling Viator, who was able to get in touch with the zip line to confirm our time. Thank you for a great tour!

Good experience, but poor comms - Kenneth and Starling made for great guides, focused on health and safety and also very good at explaining everything and being super patient with the all the customers. It was an enjoyable experience, 20 minutes drive from Tamarindo and lasted roughly one hour. My only criticism is the lack of communication which was nothing to do with the guides but the organisers, we booked a zip line and we had confirmation of the booking but nothing to confirm the time, we then contacted them on whatsapp and it took about 8 hours to get an message advising of the times available for the next day. We had then wanted to cancel which became a frustration as they said we were outside our 24 hours notice (incorrect) but we decided to try and make it work, and it was a fun experience overall. However, this is more for beginners and I would not recommend to people who have experience with zip lining. Thanks Kenneth and Starling for making a great experience, it wouldn't be the same without you!
