Awesome experience 5 star service - They treated us like 5 star guests. Saw dolphins and whales. Lovely lunch included and drinks. We recommend highly and will be returning when we next come to Tenerife

Fabulous - Me and my partner were greeted by Jeanette who was amazing explaining everything about the trips.
So we decided to book the 4 hour trip with lunch, swim and fantastic views of the whales.
Jeanette made sure everything was perfect for us and was so genuinely friendly.
The crew on board were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful trip - This was a lovely experience. My review will start from the beginning of the morning.
The bus was slightly later than we were told pick up would be. This wasn’t really a big issue as they wait for everyone to get to the dock just a little annoying having to wait around sat in the sun. The welcoming onto the boat was warm and friendly and all the staff were very approachable. You get a picture taken as you get onto the boat and later into the trip you get the option to look at the photos and purchase if you’d like to. The whole trip was lovely, calm and relaxing from my point of view. This was adults only which was nice. Unlimited drinks on board between soft drinks and beer and a light lunch was served half easy through this was nice. We got to see dolphins during the trip and whales but they were sleeping hut the crew gave you ample time to have a look from the boat before setting off to an area suitable for swimming in the sea. You were given plenty of time in the sea if this is something you wish to do. Then on the way back to the port they served everyone and ice cream. Overall this was a lovely morning and I would defiantly do it again. I apologise as I do not remember the three male staff members names but all three were welcoming, warm and a lot of fun.

Freebird whale and dolphin trip - We were looking to book a catamaran trip and found Jeanette in the Freebird hut at the end of the marina by chance , she was so lovely, professional and friendly she told us the different ones we could do etc with no pressure and glad we booked with her , we went on the 4 half hour one and she looked after us making sure we got on first etc , trip was amazing food nice plenty of beer and seen plenty of dolphins and whales so was very happy ,would definitely recommend and book with Jeanette again , Margo/Robbie

Brilliant trip definitely recommend - I was a little concerned about the trip with me being disabled but they helped me all the way from booking to getting on and off. We had a fantastic 4 1/2 hour trip for my 60th Birthday the staff , food, drink were all great.
As for Janette you couldn't of ask for a lovelier person who explained everything thing about the trip,no pressure at all, even showing us the crabs near where we booked it.
Will definitely be back and to recommend it to friends. Xx

Peaceful trip - Jannete was absolutely brilliant on customer service and advice about the trip on F13 freebird friendly professional with no sale pressure. The trip was also excellent we did see Whales and dolphins and have a nice swim stop. The beer on board was good and all the staff very good. Smoothly run and most enjoyable. Thanks Steve &Suzanne

Very nice, but in the end no dietary wishes were taken into account. - Indicate in advance that someone has a vegan diet due to allergies and this would be taken into account with lunch. We went on the boat with about 30 people. When we went sailing we got a sandwich. This one was not vegan. We soon came across dolphins and baby dolphins swimming next to the boat. Furthermore, many whales, including baby whales. The boat had a nice pace and sailed quietly past and around the animals. After spotting we had lunch. This one wasn't vegan either. There was a banana, but you can't live on that at all if you had counted on something. After lunch we went swimming in a beautiful area where the fish swim around you. Everything was nice, it's just a pity that in the end the diet was not taken into account and we lived on one banana for which an entire lunch was paid.

Pick up didn't stop and drove past us - We were given the exact place to get picked up when purchasing through Tui. We literally watched the driver fly by us with no intention of stopping and TUI won't refund the money. Literal waste of money. We booked another trip for longer and much cheaper the next day through our hotel.
