Exit to be made - Very nice activity we did as a family. They took the time to explain everything. We saw a star, the moon, a nebula and Jupiter on the telescope.

Helpful and friendly - Daniel was so helpful and friendly. Didnt just take your money for any old trip. Explained which were the best and which was not so good. I sent him a WhatsApp 1 night for a last minute second trip we decided we would like to do the next day and he git it all arranged for us straight away. Highly recommend

Use this company, they are the best! - The care and service here is just fantastic. We booked a number of trips with Tenerife First Excursions: whale watching, Mount Teide Star gazing and wine tasting. We spoke to a number of members of the team, all of whom were excellent, put particular mention goes to Sarah who clearly cares about you having the best possible excursion. She is lovely. We've been in Tenerife for a month and pass the shop most days - we almost always stop for a chat and always get given good advice on things to do. What really makes a company stand out is when things don't go 100% to plan. I was unwell a couple of days ahead of our whale watching trip. My wife contacted Tenerife First Excursions to see if we could rearrange. Dan could not have been more helpful and rearranged the trip for a day later - completely hassle free. The next time I saw Sarah she asked how I was - the service really is great. If you are booking trips, use these people, you won't regret it.

Amazing Service from Lisafay at Tenerife First Excursions! - We had such a fantastic experience booking our trips through Lisafay at Tenerife First Excursions. We booked several activities including Siam Park, a magical stargazing experience, and the Freebird Catamaran trip – and every single one was spot on.

Dominika has excellent customer service. We really recommend. We will definitely visit again if we get back to Los Crist - La Gomera guide trip was amazing (spectacular view) and well organised. Stargazing Night Tide tour it was an unforgettable experience.

Absolutely Amazing Stargazing - Absolutely fabulous evening from start to finish. Kieran and his very knowledgeable staff ensured that everyone had the same opportunities to view the moon and stars through their amazing telescopes.

Something you shouldn’t miss - It was such a beautiful experience. From beginning to end and all of the staff were super nice and helpful and also funny. Stargazing was amazing, truly indescribable.

Spoiled by cloudy sky and bright moon - The sunset viewing was amazing but, unfortunately, the stargazing was somewhat underwhelming because of the bright moon and scattered clouds. However, it was very well organised and the staff were enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The star pointer wasn’t always easy to follow. The telescopes were much smaller I expected- only 8” - so the images were quite small. My husband’s SkyView app was more impressive!
