- Rancho Loco Aruba - Your tour starts with hotel pickup and transfer to Rancho Loco, where a friendly local guide will provide instructions on how to handle a horse. Pair up with a well-trained equine friend and get comfortable in the saddle before taking off.
- Arikok National Park - Head into gorgeous Arikok National Park and ride up the hills to enjoy a great view of the island. Trot along sand dunes on the beach and admire the scenery of the shoreline before coming to rest at a pristine natural pool.
- Natural Pool - Enjoy a 30-minute break and take in the beautiful setting of the natural pool while cooling off. After spending time swimming or resting, it’s time to get back on the saddle and ride back to Rancho Loco.

Get back to nature with Rancho Loco on the one and only horseback riding tour through Arikok National Park to the Natural Pool, Aruba’s most popular and most remote nature destination only reached by walking, horseback or 4x4. Our expert guides instruct and match you to your horse, no experience is needed. Your tour takes you into the Park for a relaxing ride on the Nacho Trail (no vehicle traffic) to experience a nature lover’s treasure that contains some of the most diverse flora, fauna and huge cacti in the region. Keep an eye out for wild goats as you ride up into highlands for photo worthy views of the island before descending to the coastline to reach the famous Natural Pool, a stunning formation of volcanic rocks that resemble a miniature mountain range, known locally as “Conchi”. Spend 30 minutes exploring the area or swimming in the pool before heading back to the ranch. Say goodbye to your trusty steed and have a cold drink at the bar (extra) before departing.
- Riders shall not exceed 220 lbs which is strictly enforced for the well being of our horses and riders
- Long pants and closed shoes are strongly recommended but not required. If you choose to wear shorts, please bring a pool towel to put over the saddle to protect your legs.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Minimum age is 8 years old…Maximum age is 70
- Special note to cruise ship passengers - We only offer our afternoon tour to cruise ship passengers. No exceptions. No refunds will be given for misinforming us.
- Not recommended for travelers with hip problems

Our guides were amazing.... - Our guides were amazing. The water pool that we rode to was one of a kind and an experience. My girls will never forget. Everything went seamlessly and the ride amount was perfect. It was exciting because we walled, but also cantered.

Best activity on the island! - This was the highlight of my trip to Aruba! It was fun to explore the beautiful island by horseback. The horses were sweet and the guides were nice and very helpful.

Highlight of our trip! - It was such a fun day! The guides were the best; fun, friendly and very helpful. The trail was absolutely beautiful and a dip in the natural pool was amazing! Highly recommend the tour, we will be back to do it again!

A must do! - Everyone from the shuttle driver to the owner to the guides was absolutely amazing!!! So friendly, fun, and made sure everyone was safe and had a great time! We loved hearing the stories about each beautiful horse and their personalities. The scenery and the views on the ride were stunning. We will 100% be back for another ride when we return! Thank you to all on the ranch!

LOCO RANCHO EXCELLENTOO - Best birthday gift ever in my opinion. This is not a 5 minute get on a horse and walk back and fourth. It was mesmerising and absolutely amazing to go up and down mountains on a horse with spectacular views. We basically learned professionally how to actually ride a horse. I loved when the horses were going faster and faster, felt like I was in Game of Thrones show where you just ride to the sunset. My horse name was Aria and she was perfect! All of the horses were so trained well, knew where they were going and sweet. The staff was also so hilarious, sweet and helpful! I highly recommend trying this if you’re not afraid of heights and trying new adventurous things! Definitely bring a towel and sunblock with you! They provide water. I recommend only bringing bathing suit under, comfy pants and shoes and something to cover your top since the sun beans down on you. We got to a destination where you take a break and swim where there’s only nothing but spectacular view of mountains, ocean, goat mountaints etc…WOULD DO THIS ALL OVER AGAIN even though I was nervous at first.

isabella v 1 AMAZING experience!! An absolute MUST!! Spectacular, breathtaking views!! - HIGHLY recommend!!! Just did the tour this past week. The Rancho Loco team is exceptional and very professional from start to finish. We were picked up at our hotel on time by an entertaining and very friendly guide who later dropped us off. At the ranch we were carefully paired with the horses based on our level of experience. Horses are beyond amazing and perfectly trained. They carefully follow each other and are so gentle. Our friendly and very entertaining tour guides were so cautious with our group as we had quite a few 1st timers. The views are SPECTACULAR!!! We were in awe of how scenic this trip was. The natural pool was absolutely beautiful. Our group including our two teenage girls thoroughly enjoyed this tour. The pictures do not do this tour justice as it's BEYOND breathtaking. The owner is an incredible human who we had the honor to meet. She personally assessed our group. Their facility, horses and entire team is top notch! A MUST and a highlight in Aruba for sure!!!

Must do excursion on horses - This is a must do. Great horses. Great guides. Great views. The water was amazing. Make sure you wear pants or shirts that cover your thighs.

Awesome horseback riding tour! - Our horseback riding tour at Rancho Loco was awesome! The whole Rancho Loco crew made the experience so fun and comfortable for beginner riders. The horses were all fantastic and well trained, which made the ride through the national park so easy. Highly recommend this

Great ride to the Aruba Natural Pool - The tour was great. The staff and guides were very helpful and made sure all the guests were safe during the ride at time at the natural pool. I would definitely recommend the Rancho Loco riding tour!
