Our electric bikes are by far the best bikes in town. On top of all that we carry the largest selection of electric bikes in Santa Barbara with multiple brands to demo.
This is the best way to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Santa Barbara. Zip around our local bike paths and promenade on one of our newest ebikes. Prepare to see the waterfront bike path, State Street, and several historical sites and picturesque photo spots.
For your safety helmets are required and provided on this bike tour. Every tour varies slightly based on your ability and what you’d like to see. Our private tour guarantees that you and your party will have a custom and personalized tour.
- Please provide heights and genders of all travelers in the special requirements field at the time of booking so appropriate bikes can be provided.
- There is a minimum of 2 passengers required in order to operate this tour. If minimum numbers are not met, you will be offered a refund or an alternative date.
- Closed-toe shoes are required
- Comfortable clothing such as active wear is recommended
- Participants must be in good physical condition and capable of riding a bike
- Riders must be a minimum of 12 years of age as required by California Law for Electric Bikes

Fun afternoon!! - Bella provided a great experience for us! We enjoyed a ride through the parks and waterfront and through State St to the courthouse. She offered many insights and looked to assure our safety. There were 3 of us in the group and we had a chance to share our interests. We did not get to the Mission, as we focused on the nature sites. Blessed with the opportunity!! Grateful!

All you need to know about Santa Barbara, Up close - We especially enjoyed the Courthouse, army fort, the views and Sergio’s knowledge of Santa Barbara made it for a nice tour. The E- bikes make it a pleasurable day in the sun.
We really enjoyed seeing Santa Barbara up close.

Best Tour in Santa Barbara - We went on an E Bike tour while in SB on vacation. Joshua was our tour guide and was simply fantastic! Everyone in our family has commented that this was their favorite experience and tour that we did while on our trip! 5 Star service and experience. Highly recommend this group and tour!

An inside view of Santa Barbara. - My husband and I took a private tour of Santa Barbara on electric bikes. Our tour guide, Josh, did a great job from the minute we parked our car. He greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. Josh talked to us about our experience, made sure we had a bike we felt comfortable with and fit well. Made sure our helmets fit well and felt comfortable. He reviewed the use of the bicycle and how the electric component worked. We took a quick tour up and down the block to make sure we felt comfortable using the brakes and gears and then we were on our way.
Because we were on a private tour Josh was able to personalize the tour to highlight areas of Santa Barbara that we had not seen. He took us to a few lookout points for great views and gave us new and interesting local information and historical information. One highlight is Josh spotted dolphins out in the ocean. We were able to stop and watch them for a bit.
Josh was very knowledgeable. We were impressed with the fun inside information he had about local facts and taking us to places we would not have explored on our own. We would definitely do this tour again, with Josh.

Don’t hesitate to do this ! - This was our first visit to Santa Barbara and the e-bike tour a great way to see a lot of it. We were a small group of four, two couples, with our guide John who was first class: flexible as to where we wanted to go and very knowledgeable and informative. Organisation was very professional and friendly and the bikes good. Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you John and Cal Coast.

Wonderful experience! - I was initially hesitant about taking this tour because my husband had a knee replacement surgery just six months ago. However, any concerns I had were quickly put to rest once we met Bryce, our tour guide. He was fantastic—so knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to everyone’s needs.
The e-bikes were easy to use, making the ride enjoyable and accessible for all fitness levels, including my husband. Bryce made sure to provide clear instructions before we started and checked in throughout the tour, which gave us both confidence.
The route itself was stunning! We rode along picturesque coastal paths, through charming neighborhoods, and even stopped at a few points of interest where Bryce shared fascinating tidbits about Santa Barbara’s history and culture. His passion and expertise really elevated the experience.
What started as a nerve-wracking idea turned out to be one of the highlights of our trip. Fantastic company, e-bikes and guide! Five plus stars! - We had an absolutely fabulous time! If there were more stars to give this company, I certainly would! Connor, was so friendly and helpful as we began to pick out the bikes; and I do not have enough words to praise John the guide, and the assistant guide Bryce! Five star service with a five star company! Thank you, Connor, John and Bryce, for an absolutely wonderful bike ride around Santa Barbara. This was one of the highest points to our trip on board our cruise! Absolutely awesome! If we come back for a visit, will be sure to take another another bike ride!
