Safari tour ruined by unsafe vehicle, broken promises, unsanitary accommodations, poor service,leading to losses.Horible - *Correction our booking was the 2 day and 1 night Tour. Not available in the dropdown. Sunset and Sunrise, transportation all through from pickup in Jo burg to Kruger and back.
A safari tour from Johannesburg to Kruger turned into a nightmare. The car was dirty, filled with smoke, and lacked A/C, forcing 2 physically challenged people, to inhale smoke for hours. Due to the car breakdown, we missed a sunset game drive and other planned excursions. Subsequent accommodations were infested with ants/ bugs and lacked basic cleanliness. Drivers were unprofessional, unresponsive, and left us stranded multiple times. We had to hitchhike for safety and missed our pre-booked flight and hotel in Johannesburg. The entire experience was poorly managed, causing significant distress and loss of time.
