Mano Juan - Next stop will be at Mano Juan, a fishermen village where you will see the way of life.
A visit at the turtles nursery is also at the program: if you are lucky you will be able to see baby turtles!
After the visit we will have a drink before a typical Dominican lunch served in a restaurant, on the beach. - Playa Canto de la Playa - After lunch, let’s take the boat to get to Canto de la Playa for snorkeling and relaxing time (1h30)
- Natural Pool - To top it off, we’ll stop at the famous natural pool to see the huge starfish, have an aperitif in the turquoise Caribbean water and enjoy a wonderful moment together.
Return to the port of Bayahibe with beautiful memories.

A Whole New Level of Excellence - Everything was excellent – the trip, communication, quality of experiences, the guide and staff, and the amazing food. By far the best tour I have experienced during my travels to the Dominican Republic.

Always better ! - It’s our third time visiting Saona with Dominican Attitude and each year the team makes from this excursion an unforgettable experience. In 20 years travelling in Rep Dom, we rarely saw a team so professional and enthusiastic. Perfect organisation, excellent food, beautiful boat with toilets, small groups, far away from industrial excursions. If you want to combine the Dominican way of life with the safety of an experienced team organising tours in the Bayahibe area with the highest quality standards and low prices, then choose Dominican Attitude, definitely the best !

Perfect. - We had a great experience with this tour agency. The care was very professional, and we had a wonderful day. It is important to note that the island of Saona is very popular. We arrived first to enjoy the calm of the beach and left the last to enjoy the island. The staff is very friendly, attentive and considerate. We highly recommend this agency and plan to return!

Perfect visit in small committee combining island beauty, music, good food and good explanations
The whole team is super friendly and smiling
Special mention to Gregory with whom we had a good laugh

Beautiful locations free of the crowds - This was a fantastic day. We were always ahead of our away from the crowd. We saw beautiful starfish and sea turtles swimming by our boat! The Dominican lunch on the beach was delicious. My mom has mobility issues and they took care of her every stop. Great people, beautiful locations, and just an amazing day at sea!

Awesome excursion! - This was an excellent excursion. We made 3 stops to see a fishing village in Saona that also had a turtle sanctuary. Then we snorkeled in the reefs near Saona and saw turtles and starfish in the wild near the coast. Logistics and communication were great — highly recommend to families with older kids (6+) because it is a long day. Our 7 year old had a blast, even with all of the adults. They do take photos of you and serve drinks, so bring some cash for tips. Five stars all around to Christian and his crew!

Perfect day - A friendly, kind, careful, hospitable team. They helped my disabled Mum to get on/off the boat so nicely. This was an amazing day, and a privilege to see the turtle foundation work. Fresh lobster was gorgeous and fab snorkeling. I'll never forget such a special day.

Exceptionnel - The excursion to the island of Saona was amazing, the beaches are beautiful, I saw turtles, rays and starfish were present at the natural pool.
The whole team on the boat is attentive and happy to spend the day with us, the guide Christian makes sure everyone understands, he speaks French, English and Spanish, the organization was very clear it was perfect.
When the team at the office again everyone is great, I contacted them with some questions before booking, the answers and follow-ups were always quick and accurate, Nadine even took the time to write to me the morning of the excursion (6:55) to tell me that my transport would be a little late, a big thank you to Marina, Nadine, Christian and all the other team members!!!.

Unenvied to other destinations - Unfortunately we were not accompanied by the weather. I had high expectations for meeting her but it wasn't what I expected. The beautiful natural pool, luckily you could see starfish.Then the beach we went to is nothing more than those of Brazil to name buzios or arraiao do cabo (not to mention Maceio and Maragogi), the village of Mano Juan paintezco, have a turtle hatchery, we could buy several souvenirs.
The truth that we had started badly, was not the excursion that we hired, because we only went to the natural pool and a beach so we ensured time in both, civitatis and his local operator Ecotours "forced" us practically to go to that excursion claiming that the beach of the catamarans was broken by the weather (we crossed like 10) and that this excursion full day is more complete, of course we did more things but brief time in each, it did not serve because we did not enjoy any. And to top it off, we shouldn’t have left the pier in the weather, we got caught twice by the bad rain in the sea. The other day I was offered the one I had initially hired, I wouldn’t be in Bayahibe anymore... that’s why they practically forced us.
P.S. Surely 4 people were missing in the boat and they put that excuse from the beach for us to accept
