Excellent, 100% recommended - The tour was fantastic, not only for the beautiful places we visited, but also for the service provided by the agency, through our guide, Nicolás, and our driver, Gerardo.

Natural beauty to stay in memory - It is an interesting tour that puts us in contact with a peculiar landscape that we would not have elsewhere. The service provided was very good, with safety and stands out our guide Francisca who made all the difference. The driver is also worthy of praise

Amazing tour and very helpful agency! - Brilliant and informative tour with a sunset to remember. Guides were great and very accommodating. I stupidly left my bag in the van at the end of the tour and the agency were incredibly helpful in finding the bag and getting it back to me which was a real lifesaver. Highly recommend to anyone travelling to San Pedro de Atacama!

Fantastic! Must do! - This was a beautiful tour. The scenery was amazing. It included drinks before sunset with a fantastic array of gourmet nibbles! Rodolfo was the best tour guide and David was the best driver. I thank them a lot. You should do this tour! I did two other tour with Puka Rumi which were also great!

Bad experience with Pukarumi. - I had a terrible experience with Pukarumi. I closed all my tours with her, well in advance, after researching more than 6 companies. When I was on the 2nd day of the trip (day 02/06/25), on the Valle de la Luna tour, the guide of Pukarumi (Lorena, known as Lolo), at the stop for the tour snack, told all passengers that we could leave our bags in the Van da Pukarumi. When we returned from the snack to leave, my backpack with my RG, Passport and personal belongings had disappeared from the Van. In addition to my backpack, they also took the backpack of another passenger, and also opened and moved into 2 backpacks of other 2 Brazilians who were sitting on the back of the Van. When we returned to the company's headquarters, the company didn't take responsibility for anything and gave me very bad support, just said that this (the thefts) were not something that happened in San Pedro. The only thing they did for me was the guide to go with me to the delegation of San Pedro de Atacama to help me make the "occurrence bulletin", so that I had a way to rescue myself and be able to go back to Santiago to go to the Brazilian consulate to pick up the ARB to return to Brazil. They didn’t give me any support on how to proceed to get the ARB (I had to ask people who were in Brazil to get it done). I don't know how a tourism company provides such a bad service in a super tourist city, and still left me unsupported. No one called me afterwards to ask how I was or if I had managed to resolve my situation to return to Brazil. If the company's guide tells everyone that we can leave our belongings in the van, the company has to take responsibility for anything that could happen to the passengers and their belongings. I'm just not going to sue the company because I've already returned to Brazil and it would be very bureaucratic to resolve this at a distance. Anyway, bad experience with Pukarumi.
