Great agency, I highly recommend! - We traveled to the Atacama in a couple and completed 6 tours with Pukarumi. We love the experience. All the tours included breakfast and/or lunch, and the food was great. The agency has had a great service, since the first contact we had via WhatsApp, with Mariana, who continued to provide support when we arrived in Chile. The guides are also congratulated, are very friendly and strive to speak a "portunhol", which makes it much easier for people who don't speak Spanish. On all the tours the drivers of Pukarumi picked us up directly at the hostel, which makes it quite easy for the tours that depart in the morning or a little. The only negative point I have to comment was regarding our last walk, the Rota dos Salares, where we only discovered at the time that there would be no points to use the bathroom (who feels need to go in the morning of the road). However, since it is a tour that leads us to more unhospitable and remote places, we are important. Even with this though, we love the tour and super recommend that it be done with the Pukarumi.
