It isn't worth it - San Pedro de Atacama hosts a lot of beautiful places. The Moonvalley of course, but definetely also te Rainbowvalley (Arcoiris), the Geysers of Tati, Salar Lagoon etc. etc. If you buy a tour the entrancefee for these places is not included so you always pay extra. You know this from advance so there is no problem.and what you get i named places is worth for your money. The Cejar Lagoon is different. You pay 15.000 pesos in the afternoon extra, which is more than 20 euros for a look at two hardly interesting pools. In one of which you can take a swim. It really is bizar if you compare it to all the other great things to see at a lower price. I'm told the indiginous people have the right to set the entrancefee and want to make sure the lakes stay in good condition. What they do actually is making a lot of money in return for nothing. So, my advice, stay away.
