The golf cart was in... - The golf cart was in great condition and got us everywhere we needed to go. Jamal was responsive and convenient—he met us at the port for both pickup and drop-off. Definitely recommend!

Great drop off and pickup service - 6 passenger golf cart rental: cart was in good condition, we had no problems. Don’t hesitate to use this service. My only complaint: we rented it for 9 days. We got weekly rate and then a daily rate. I think they should have given us a discount for the additional 2 days.

Great Service - The process was SO easy. They dropped the cart at our hotel, gave a quick walk through on how it worked, where NOT to park, and closest gas stations. The pick up was even easier. I would highly recommend them.

Great company! - Jamal and his crew were great! Even adjusted their schedule to pick us up at the airport early. No issues at all! Great communication and golf cart worked well! Thanks for making our time in San Pedro so enjoyable! We will use them again next year!

Very responsive! - The timing didn’t work bc I reserved close to their closing same, same day, but the owner called and followed up and refunded me immediately and courteously tried to coordinate for cart drop-off the following morning. So, we didn’t get to use the carts but I want to highlight the quick responsiveness!! Prices were very good too!

Getting over on people - The cart we were given had no seat cushions, no shocks and the hand shift under the seat kept getting stuck. We came back earlier and were still overcharged $10 US for a 2 hr hour rental, we had only driven this holf cart about 15mins away and had spent most of the time in the water. Not worth it, plenty of other options around.

Read the poor reviews. - Read the poor reviews. I didn’t and we didnt have a good experience. I reaerved a six seat golf cart for a week. One the couples coming got sick and hospital a couple days before we headed in vacation. I asked if we could adapt our reservation to a four seater and Jamal said I couldnt because he turned down others for the reservation. I then mentioned that Viator had a 24 hr free cancellation and I would just do that and reserve a different cart. He then called me and told me I was twisting his arm and he would leave the reservation in place and give me the difference in cash when we got there. Fine. We got there and he had the six seater there for us anyway and said we would need it to fit the luggage. Foriegn country, getting screwed and knowing it, I didnt resist. He planned all along to make us take that cart. We asked other companies what they do about bags and they said they would have assisted in packing the cart and help deliver them if they didnt fit. I wished I had picked one of those companies. The cart pictured online looked pretty new. Our cart clearly wasnt. It was run down looking and we had trouble starting out three times do to poor tuning and it was the only cart that we heard all week on the island backfire. And it backfired often. Live and learn I guess, but I hope this review helps others try other rental companies that are hopefully less shady in their practices.

Scam - When we arrived to San Pedro everything went well. The pickup, the friendly staff, the quality of the cart everything was all good so we thought. The owner advised us to lock up the cart. We did just that EVERY time. The day we were leaving the cart was stolen. Mind you there are a couple of carts parked but the one we rented was stolen. This was discovered hours before we were set to travel back home. We immediately called the police and J&H ... The owner tried to make me pay for a new golf cart. The police found the golf cart it had NO damage. But the kicker the person who "found" the golf cart wanted a finders fee of $2500 and expected us to pay it!!!! The second kicker the cart had no damage. The lock still in tack the starter, everything. The police said who ever took it had a key. I cussed everyone out and went home. There is so much more details that point to the owner trying to scam me, but you get the point. Almost missed my flight dealing with this.
