Best Day Trip for Mole Lovers - This was a great experience. The host explained the history of mole, ingredients, how it’s made and how the town became famous for mole. We even got to try several different moles. The grandsons of the founder Dona Elena were so kind and informative. It’s worth the trip if you are staying in Mexico City to see the family owned factory and the town of San Pedro Mole capital of the world!
