We will be back! - We had amazing service with Ariel! He was friendly, attentive and fast. The seafood platter was exceptional and the water and beach were beautiful!

Get a margarita from Margarita. - Place was good. Windy at first. We could not get in the water but as soon as the wind died down some they came and got us to make sure kids could snorkel. Food was good. Best thing was waitress Margarita. She is a gem. Always coming by to check on us. She was very friendly and made it a great experience.

Luisa at the Uvas Fish Spa - Make sure you go down the road from The Fiesta American in Cozumel to Uvas. FIND Luisa! The fish nibbles on your toes is fun. However, the wonderful foot massage Luisa delivers is to die for. Every little bone in your toes and feet are relaxed! She is so good at what she does!!!!! 🐟🐟🐟

Great Snorkeling and Beach Club! - A group of 10 of us got the all-inclusive pass to the beach club and it was worth it. The wait staff/bartenders were very attentive and Jose Roberto provided an amazing snorkeling tour. We saw lots of fish and he would answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend visiting this beach club if visiting Cozumel.

Perfect day in Cozumel - Great place! Well organized staff very kind and smiling! We bought for 79 Canadian dollars the day pass including alcohol and unlimited food. A wide variety of cocktails and a full meal menu .the Ceviches were excellent my chum to eat grilled fish also very succulent! Chairs and umbrellas 10 feet from the sea where you can easily see a large amount of fish a few feet from the edge! Snorkling equipment is provided as well as flotation jackets. The kayacks and padlle edge also it is included and are good qualities! A perfect day ☺️

All inclusive beach pleasure package - Viator is available at all the popular destinations to help you create lasting memories. We really enjoyed this stop in Cozumel because we decided to book an exclusion while cruising with Carnival. Of course, the price was less than half that of the cruise. We were able to customize the times booking our own taxi to and from port. Playa Uval was 2 miles away for less than 7 minutes drive. They had every beachy comfort and pleasure in this all inclusive package including: chairs, towels, food and drink, wait staff, snorkel gear, kayaks, pools, cabanas, restrooms, shopping, optional seafood, and paragliding. I had the good fortune of having a personal guide take me into the deep. They had tons of beautiful fish, rays, coral, and ocean views. Excellent experience, beautiful beach, kind staff, wonderful spot, with everything you could want in a tour.

Mani served us 3 drinks each and tried to have us share nachos - I have a back to back cruise stopping in Cozumel twice. I thought I’d be visiting here twice but this felt like a scam. We paid $55 for all inclusive drinks and meals. Our waiter downgraded our order for 2 orders of nachos to 1. He did check by about 30 minutes after the first was delivered and we were able to get another. We were told to stay at the beach and order through our personal waiter mani. If you choose to come here, realize he appeared 4 times I think. We couldn’t find him when we left to go to ship but he chased us down for a tip. We still tipped $10 but for $55 I can get food and drink anywhere in Cozumel. These drinks are in the small juice glasses that ships use. We were ripped off. I tried a new place and learned my lesson. If you have a place you like, you may want to stick with it - definitely won’t be here ever again.

Unhappy cruisers - Snorkeling was good, the guy that hands out the dive gear would not let you snorkel without a “guide” and then demanded a tip for the service which is not required or appreciated. Ruined a nice snorkel trip. The rest of the place was marginal at best

This business kept my money despite denying us entry - Upon arrival, we were told the beach club was at capacity and to try back later in the afternoon as guests would begin leaving around that time. I told them we wouldn't be able to return later nor should we have to seeing as we prepaid. Regardless, we were told we'd have to wait until space opened up. We were subsequently forced to make alternate arrangements. I requested a refund from Viator, which they denied as the merchant claims they weren't at capacity that day. Stay far away from this "beach club".
