Incredible service! - We had an incredible day at Paradise Beach! Beautiful grounds, immaculate facilities, and the BEST service. Roni and Luis took amazing care of us in the front row on the beach - often only 60 seconds or less between ordering and having a fresh drink in hand. Food was great too. Our kids (and the grown ups!) had a great time on the inflatables in the ocean, and the pool was fantastic. I just wish the day had been longer! We can't wait to go back.

Just another day in paradise! - Paradise Beach lives up to its name. The staff or phenomenal grounds are pristine, and the quality of food is very good. I certainly will return this spot. Every chance I get.

First Time Visitors - First time visiting Paradise Beach, and it will not be the last time! My sister and I rented Day Bed #10 and it was in the perfect location near the beautiful pool, and also included a table and chairs. Our server, Martin, was extra attentive and always made sure the food was coming and the drinks were ice cold. Highly recommend!

First Visit Better Than Second - This was our second time at Paradise Beach. This trip was not as good as the first time. The Club was really crowed with kids and adults. Our food and drink server was slower to come around. Pool had a lot of sand in it because people were going down the steps into the pool washing there beach shoes and feet of sand instead of using the available outside showers. The food was good. Way too many people to be fun or relaxing. Thankfully we rented a day bed so we did have a place to sit.

Beautiful beach club but aggressive in seeking tips. - We had six people and we pre-booked the all inclusive package. The good: Beautifully clean and spotless pool. Very nice beach. Great service with good food and drinks. The only negative was the collection of the gratuities at the end. Yes, this was expected and we are big tippers but for some reason the servers became very aggressive in showing us what we should pay based on what we consumed. It was very off-putting and took us by surprise. Really put a tamper on an otherwise perfect day.

Average - Drinks watered down and not flavorful at all. Food was average. Wait staff was attentive but clearly didn’t appreciate the less than 24% tip.

Think twice before you spend a for - We chose paradise beach resort for all the amazing reviews. I’ll start with the positive and then go on to our personal experience. The location is great and a quick cab ride from the cruise terminal. We were welcomed and shown around. I had paid extra to rent a daybed as well. The water is gorgeous and the waterpark is great. With that being said… it was not at all the experience that I expected, especially since we paid a premium for the daybed. It took forever for a waiter to come to us. We ordered a couple of drinks and I tried to tip the waiter. He got angry at me and told me that you only tip at the end, as if this was something I should have known. He never introduced himself or told us he would be our waiter for the day so I was just trying to make sure he was tipped for his service. I wasn’t being cheap either - I was offering $5 for 2 sodas. Anyways, that was a major turn off. We spent some time in the ocean and then the pool, about 2 hours. We then waited forever for a waiter to come take our food order. This time it was someone else. The food came out insanely fast (I’m guessing it’s all made in advance) and was mediocre at best. My husband eats anything and he was not impressed. Nobody even came to clear the plates. At that point, we were so disappointed by the place that we decided to cut our losses and go explore Cozumel. We were there for about 2.5 hours total and it was a huge waste of $300 USD. I would not return. If you plan to go there, don’t pay extra for a day bed. Make sure you sit yourself at a bar if you want service and DONT TRY TO TIP UNTIL THE END! I’ve been to Cozumel probably 40 times over 20 years. This was my first and last time at Paradise beach.
