Great short excursion. More than worth the money.!! - It was an awesome experience, it was nice to have a small intimate group. The guides were awesome and found us plenty of fish to look at and take pictures of we liked the three different stops we got to make. Would definitely recommend it to any group or family.

We had a great snorkeling... - We had a great snorkeling experience! Our family of three arrived via the NCL Getaway and this snorkeling excursion fit our time in port perfectly. It was a quick and easy $10 taxi ride to the meeting point. We were greeted by the friendly team and given an overview of what to expect. We took a short walk to the boat, which was a perfect size for us and our fellow adventurers. We saw so many fish and beautiful coral. The crew made sure we stayed together, moved along the coral and got on and off the boat quickly and easily. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend.

Great way to spend a couple hours - This crew was great. Helpful with equipment when needed, polite, and knowledgeable. We loved the fact that there was only 25 or so people on board this ship, not like some of the others we have seen.

Great experience. - This was a great tour. We stayed in playa del Carmen and took the ferry over and then a taxi for $10 to the meeting point. The boat took us to 3 snorkeling spots. They were good locations. They also provided beer, water and soda on the boat which was nice. The boat isn’t very large maybe 15 people on our group tour which was nice so we got more time to swim. Our guides were very friendly and they had showers at the meet point to shower off after. Would definitely recommend.

Turtle excursion of 10!!! - It has been a magnificent experience!! Visit the reefs and El Cielo, stopping at the Turtle sanctuary where we were diving with them. Arturo (the boss:) ) has been excellent with us at all times, both in explaining the contracting of the tour and during the performance of the activity. He recommended us how to do it from Riviera Maya in the safest and most economical way, thus avoiding unnecessary cost overruns... And attentive to the reception and transport of the activity at home minute. One day we had some wind and coordinate departure from another port with individualized transport. The panga boys, Miguel and Alex, spectacular, both in the water activity and in the navigation and preparation of the Papasito Alex ceviche! Thank you so much for everything!

We visited 3 different... - We visited 3 different reefs and had amazing snorkelling in each one. It was a fantastic way to spend a couple of hours. The fish were plentiful, and the guides were fantastic. One thing I would say is to be sure you have a water proof bag to put your dry clothes in. Waves do come over the side a little bit and ours got wet.

Worst trip. Way too rough waters. Should have be canceled. - The weather was getting cloudy that morning. The tour people said that we could leave out of the place that we were planning on so they took us by car to another location. The glass bottom part was impossible to see from sitting down. You had to get up and lean over the box to see. They took us out to the spot to snorkel and gave us very little information about what to do. The boat was rocking from the rough water. I went up to the back of the boat. The guide wanted me to jump off. I was scared so I wanted to go down the ladder. As I stepped n the ladder my water shoe slipped and I fell and hit my hip on the ladder. But I was ok so I went on to snorkel. I saw lots of fish and got great pictures. Which is why I gave it 2 stars. The water was so rough that it was very difficult to stay with the group. I tried swimming to the boat and would stay in the same spot. We really shouldn’t have gone out in The boat. Later I found out that lots of other snorkeling tours got canceled because of the weather. When I finally got back in the boat I was exhausted. The boat was rocking so hard that I got sick and threw up. I didn’t know that I was supposed to throw up in the water. I went in the bathroom on the boat. Later I got scolded for using the toilet. Then the boat went to 2 more locations and some of the group snorkeled again. My husband and daughter didn’t even try to snorkel because it was so rough. We were all nauseous the rest of the trip. I couldn’t wait to get off that boat.

Don't buy photos from underwater Photographer, you will never receive your photos - just a fyi, they will have an underwater Photographer on board to sell you photos, don't buy it, you will never receive the photos. His name is Enrique Portugal.
