Meeting time is 10 minutes before your Tour time at the MARINA ASIPONA COZUMEL (Formerly Known as Marina Fonatur) located 5 minutes by taxi from SSA and PUERTA MAYA cruise ports and 10 minutes from Downtown. Upon arrival look for our COZUMEL TOURS office located next to the Tequila shop.

Best experience - This excursion was the best experience we had while in Cozumel. A novice snorkeler, I got to see a many colorful fish, a turtle, lobster, nurse shark, starfish, barracuda, and standing on a sandbar several large stingrays up close. Jose and his crew were great and made us all feel safe and not rushed. There were about 15 total people on the boat, which is a great number. I highly recommend. Note: apply REEF SAFE only sunscreen prior to boarding as no additional sunscreen is allowed, no fins are needed/used, and the underwater pictures that are taken on the trip are quite expensive but so fun to have I couldn’t resist.

Swimming with the Rays - My family and I had a wonderful day
with Porfirio and the Captain snorkeling!
We saw a turtle, many starfish and baby shark along with all the beautiful fish!
The part I loved the most was spending time
at the beach with many rays swimming next to you in all different sizes. I’ve been to Cozumel many times and never
experienced this! Amazing! Would
highly recommend Porfirio and the smiley Captain! We will be back!

Great snorkeling - Best snorkeling I’ve done in a long time. Lots of fish, lobsters, starfish, even a nurse shark. Beautiful swimming area with fresh cerviche. Very nice staff.

Really nice people and great snorkeling! - Adrian and Captain Freddy were amazing! They are so funny, kind, and knowledgeable. They took us to three spots to see the fish, coral, starfish, sea turtles and stingrays. We even saw a shark too! They gave us beer, ceviche, and pineapple too. Plus they have water, soda, and juice for the kiddos. They let us use their snorkeling gear also. I would highly recommend these guys they are the best! Love them!

It was an hour ride to... - It was an hour ride to the first snorkeling site and an hour back so bring a some sort of sun protection, (though some block due to protected reefs). but it was absolutely beautifully.

Lots of Sea Life! - This was a fun excursion that was really accommodating for all ages! Our group had ages 5-72 and we all had a great time! The tour guides were super friendly and helpful. They took us to 4 different stops where we saw lots of fish, a baby shark, a sea turtle and sting rays... that swam right up to us! Only downside was we felt a little rushed at times but I'm sure that was so they could get us to all the stops they had planned. Overall we had a really great time and would definitely recommend!

My husband, nine year... - My husband, nine year old, and myself went on this tour earlier this week. It was a top notch experience from beginning to end! Our guides, Carlos and Christian, were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our captain, William, did a great job of getting us to the different sites. My son was nervous at first when getting in the water and Carlos did a great job of pulling him around by the life ring and talking him into building up his confidence until he was ready to let go of the ring and snorkel without it. Christian took some amazing photos, including getting my son down into the water near a starfish and grabbing some shots. After 3 stops, we then went over to El Cielito and waded around near the boat while eating freshly prepared ceviche and having rays swimming around us. I’m not a seafood fan personally and I throughly enjoyed the ceviche.
The picture package they offer at the end is 100% worth it in my opinion, it is around $125. We had an issue with our credit card being accepted, but thankfully got Apple Pay to go through. I would bring cash for it as a backup.
Overall, an overwhelmingly amazing experience and one we will repeat if/when we return to Cozumel!

A perfect day ! - Amazing day! Food was great but not enough for 13 people because the ceviche was really delicious! It was a perfect day! Bring snacks just in case you don’t eat fish!

Frustrating. - No shade area at all and too crowded on the boat. Don't give us ceviche for snack! Beverages were good options but ran out of beer. Snorkeling was good. Waited for another ship's group so got back in port 40 minutes late; had to rush to our ship. Crew was very nice and helpful.
