Must Do Snorkeling Adventure. - Amazing experience, best snorkeling ever and awesome crew. I can’t say enough nice things about Federico, Rodrigo and Emilio. They were all super friendly and helpful. We went to four different stops of various depths to allow for a very inclusive snorkeling trip- so many fish, turtles, large stingrays and even a shark.

Amazing experience!!! - The catamaran was a really nice boat. Our guide was super friendly and told jokes the whole time. They brought us to several cool spots and made sure to point out cool wildlife like turtles and lobsters. We saw 2 turtles. Then the last stop with drinks and ceviche was amazing. The photographer took great pictures and I decided to buy them ( even though I usually don’t) because they were such good pictures. I will book with them again if I come back. Our first reservation got canceled because there wasn’t enough people but they were super easy to work with rescheduling. The customer service was great.

The snorkeling experience... - The snorkeling experience was really great. The beautiful blue water and colorful fish are the stars of the show. The crew was great and did a good job guiding us around the sites.

Couple traveling on larger boat - The staff was friendly and overall it was a good experience. I didn't like that we stopped to pick up other passengers which basically took an extra hour for us since we were on the first pick-up. In a previous year we had taken a similar excursion on a smaller boat and went directly to the snorkeling spots which allowed more time in the water. Since this was a larger group the number of people was also larger and thus the snorkeling was not as enjoyable because we were asked to stay close to other snorkelers which was a bit difficult. My suggestion is that this would be a good trip for larger groups but for a couple traveling alone, I would take a smaller boat.

NO GUARANTEE that you'll see these reefs - We got a whatsapp message the morning of our excursion to inform us that the Harbour master had closed the area we were supposed to see because of swells. After some research we discovered that this happens OFTEN in cozumel. We snorkelled some other areas instead, and the crew were GREAT but it still feels like we overpaid since there were plenty of other snorkelling trips for less money but we paid more to specifically see Columbia, Palancar and El Cielo, and we didn't see them. Great crew, fun day of snorkelling, but just be aware that when you book this you have only a 50% chance of seeing these reefs. If I could do it again, I'd check the Harbour master update (8am daily) ro make sure the reefs are open and just book a tour same day once I got off the ferry in Cozumel, there are TONS available.

Not as Expected but Nice Crew - We arrived in Cozumel by a cruise ship. We walked to the meeting spot, met an individual from the company who was not very engaging in conversation. I remember him saying he was drunk to me. Not a good start. We signed in and waited for some more people and then walked halfway back in the direction of our cruise ship to board their boat for the tour. This was super annoying as it was a rather long walk to their boat. They should have provided a van or shuttle. If you were old this could have been a very difficult walk to do. So we got on the boat and received a safety briefing and we were told NO SUNSCREEN IS ALLOWED in order to protect the reef. We were told we could not use reef friendly sunscreen and could only use a rash guard shirt to protect ourselves from the sun. I do not blame the crew for this as they were all very friendly. I do blame the owner and/or manager of this company. The information we received after booking explicitly stated reef friendly sunscreen was allowed. As a result both my wife and I got cooked a little too much and she got a slight case of sun poisoning with blisters on her face and lips. The trip involved 4 stops to snorkel in different areas. My wife and I have snorkeled quit a bit and we both felt the snorkeling wasn't that great. The first stop we made was a little chaotic trying to follow the guide and having many snorkelers of different skill levels. The other stops were better. The food and drinks were nice and again the crew were very nice. The pictures they took cost extra and to get the full package which was probably 15 digital pictures it would have cost $65. You could not buy individual pics which I thought was dumb. Of the 15 pics we only wanted 2. Anyway, not a fault of the crew or picture taker but again I blame management for setting the price of the pictures. Still had a good time but would not tour with them again.

Regular - Lots of boating time at very high speed which makes it very uncomfortable, lots of bump, not recommended for waist, little snorkeling.
