Embark on a unique enological adventure just 30 minutes from San Miguel de Allende. This immersive workshop begins with a comfortable shuttle ride to one of the region’s premier vineyards. Upon arrival, dive into the winemaking world with a specialized tour of the production area, including an exclusive visit to the largest underground cellar in the region. During the workshop, all necessary materials will be provided to craft your own bottle of wine. Learn about the intricate winemaking and aging processes in Mexico. Taste various wines directly from the barrics to create your own unique blend. The experience culminates with the creation of a personalized wine bottle, complete with a custom label, to take home as a memento of your day as an enologist. The activity will leave you with a deeper appreciation for the art of winemaking. After your workshop you will have 1 hour to explore the rest of the Winery or enjoy an extra cup of wine or a meal at the restaurant.
