I am more than impressed with our tour guide who told us all about the history of this beautiful city. Perfect introduction to our time in San Miguel! - Felipe was fantastic!! He met us at our hotel, and spent more than 2 hours walking us all around historic San Miguel. He was a wealth of knowledge - within the first 5 minutes I learned more than I expected to on the entire tour. There were no gimmicks, just sightseeing and learning about the history, culture, and religion/spirituality of the region. The perfect introduction to our time in San Miguel de Allende and in Mexico. Private Tour of San Miguel De Allende - Diego was punctual and engaging. He provided us with historical facts along with iPad Images which helped us understand the historical significance of San Miguel. He introduced us to his favorite merchants and answered our numerous questions. So glad we booked with Catrina Tours!

Just ok. - Tour guide was fine and knowledgable but we felt that the tour was geared too much at selling and too little at pointing out highlights of San Miguel. Also, tour guide was changed at last minute without alerting us. Did not feel that we were given the normal private tour.
