Not to be missed - What a treat touring with a passionate archeologist who knows the site intimately and cares about it deeply. Albert has spent decades studying the history, people and cultures and geography of this part of the world.

The Pyramids of North-Central Mexico - I throughly enjoyed this excursion. Our guide had an excellent command of the history, culture and botany of the site. His personal experience with regard to the unearthing and early exploration of the site provided a unique insight into Mexico’s rich and diverse history.

I’d done this tour with... - I’d done this tour with my family 10 years ago and again yesterday with friends. We loved it both times. Albert does a fabulous job of sharing great amounts of information and stories in an easily digestible way. We highly recommend this tour to all who love learning about historical cultures and want to see a beautiful bit of ancient history firsthand.

Great tour of a recent archaeological excavation. - Our guide has led this tour countless times and yet his enthusiasm for the subject still shines through. We had perfect weather, a good group, and we had the whole site to ourselves. Be prepared to do some walking. They provide large bottles of water, you will need to check any bags at the visitor center. Those who are agile can scramble up the face of the pyramid. It was lovely to get out into the open countryside to see this recently excavated site.

And educational and interesting tour with Albert - We were so glad that we joined the Albert Coffee, Archeological Tour. He has a depth of knowledge and experience that brought this Tour to life. It is well planned, including water, and a locker for your backpacks. The mile long walk up to the site was doable, even for us in our 70s.

Perfectly paced - Brimming with well organized facts, this tour involved about two miles of walking with perfectly placed rest stops along the way to catch our breath and learn even more about the site.

Exceptional overview of these ancient pyramid builders - Albert was a great tour guide. His detailed knowledge and passion for the history and archeology of MezoAmerica is incredible. I came away with such an appreciation for how much these ancient people accomplished over eons without any writing system to help record things. He was always careful to acknowledge that he was giving the best information that current research could provide, and how things change with new discoveries or with the use of new technologies.

Entertaining tour but dress accordingly - Nice tour in English with an archaeologist who helped excavate the site. He was entertaining throughout the tour and very knowledgeable. Only surprise was how cold it was, perhaps upper 30s. We did not have proper jackets and it made it hard to concentrate on the tour.

No show. No communication. No offer to refund. - Albert Coffee did not show up. And neither Trip Advisor or Viator contacted me that it was cancelled. And no email has proffered my refund.
