- Temazcal Ixachi Colli - Participants will receive an explanation about the significance of temazcal, its benefits, and its traditional uses. They will engage in a brief recreational activity designed to help them connect with their inner selves, fostering a mindful experience before entering the earth’s womb. Inside the temazcal, there will be chants and rituals providing moments of introspection to clear the mind and body, as practiced in pre-Hispanic times. In addition to the physical benefits, such as body detoxification and skin toning, among others, the session will last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. At the end, a small snack will be enjoyed, and participants are welcome to share their experiences if they wish.
