Flexible private tour with knowledgeable guide. - We were in a quandary trying to book a guided tour of Teotihuacan for our party of 4. Yes, there are many options listed, but only 2 of us wanted to begin our experience with a hot air balloon ride over the pyramids at sunrise. From the moment I connected with Miguel, he assured me this was no problem. He and his driver Roberto picked us all up at 4:30 in a comfortable, spacious van. We drove a little over an hour (with some interesting information given along the way) to Vivelo en Globo, his choice for Hot Air Ballooning. While they prepared the balloon, we were offered coffee and snacks. Unlike other companies who have a large basket for huge groups, we had just 3 passengers plus our pilot. Our pilot was awesome, directing us right over the archeological site! While the two of us ballooned, the other two hung out in the comfortable waiting area at Vivelo en Globo. After the balloon ride, we were taken to a buffet breakfast and then a local artisan shop en route to the archeological site. Miguel was a great guide, his English is excellent and he is very knowledgeable about the area and the history of Teotihuacan. From the first point of contact, Miguel was responsive, engaged and obviously interested in designing an experience to fit our individual needs. I would highly recommend his services.

Experience of a lifetime! - During our recent visit to Mexico, Miguel and Roberto gave us an amazing tour and expedience and left us with a very delightful memory of the ballooning experience and a deep knowledge of the pyramids. It was probably the best day of our 10 day Mexico experience. Miguel is very humble, knowledgeable and a patient gentlemen and was answering so many of our questions and showing us pictures and examples of the historic relics and leftovers from the invasion and excavations. His companion guide Roberto is very accommodating and always wiling to help. We were so impressed and happy with the Teotihuacan experience that we again signed up with Father and Son’s for our second tour to Xochimilco and Coyocan. We met both Father and Son!! And admire their efforts and patience with tourists and their goal to build a great company!!
