• San Juan - The adventure begins with a personal pick-up by the guide from the travelers’ accommodations in the metro area. Pick-ups are available from hotels, resorts, residences, or Airbnbs located in San Juan, Carolina, Loiza, Canovanas, Luquillo, Rio Grande, or Fajardo. The day before the excursion, the tour guide will contact travelers to confirm the exact pick-up time and other details. The schedule runs from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Starting earlier is preferable to avoid larger tour groups from other companies.
• El Yunque National Forest - A certified tour guide will lead the way through the stunning hidden gem of “El Yunque” rainforest. Travelers will explore the muddy clay trails and lush greenery. Arrival at Las Tinajas Falls depends on the previously arranged pick-up times. The hike covers about 1.5 miles and takes approximately half an hour to reach the first bathing area. The guide will share insights about Taino life in the rainforest, the beautiful plants, and the incredible bathing areas hidden in paradise. Visitors can spend 1-2 hours swimming, rope swinging into the deep rainwaters, sliding down a natural waterslide, or jumping from a 30-foot cliff! All these activities are available in one amazing area in Puerto Rico. The group will stay until 1-2 p.m. before stopping at nearby restaurants for a meal.
• Playa Luquillo - After the hike, it’s time to eat! If the group and guide agree, a stop will be made at this stunning beach, home to around 25 kiosks featuring some of Puerto Rico’s best restaurants. Here, travelers can sample authentic Puerto Rican dishes and drinks like the famous mojitos or piña colada (lunch costs not included). Enjoy the breathtaking view of one of the island’s most beautiful beaches and the chance to swim at this iconic location. Arrival is typically by 2–3 p.m., with departure by 4–5 p.m.
• San Juan - Return to accommodations! Once the experience concludes, the tour guide will ensure each group member is taken back to their accommodation directly.
