Amazing Tour and Very great tours guides - Amazing experience the tour guides were great and very helpful. I did not feel unsafe anytime during the excursion. My friend was feeling anxious beforehand and the guides really helped ease her anxiety and she enjoyed it. Overall an amazing experience would definitely do it again!

An Absolute Must! - Exceeded our expectations! We were nervous about this, but it was not at all as scary as we thought it would be. It is in an enclosed area and you walk in from the beach. The guides, Alejandro and Jose, were amazing and checked in with us frequently to make sure everyone was comfortable. Definitely get the picture package. Best money spent in San Juan!

Great time under the sea! - My husband and I did this excursion in May 2025 and we had a great time. The instructors were so wonderful and made the experience alot of fun

Must do in Puerto Rico! - This was an amazing experience! The guides were very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. They did a good job of making sure that everyone felt comfortable throughout the entire experience by checking in with each person multiple times. The pictures that they took were fantastic, and well worth the additional coat. I would recommend the Underwater Sea Trek to everyone coming to Puerto Rico!

Awesome experience to try and it's family friendly - Great experience with easy instructions and the our guides Matt, Zack and Jose were very attentive and knowledgeable. Definitely family friendly with lots of fish to see. A must do excursion when visiting. A special thank you to Jose for making sure my 73 yr young mother was taken care of the entire time we were under water being she was a bit nervous and making sure she had a great time. Definitely something to scratch off the bucket list. Recommend this excursion to any visiting the island it's a must do.

Overrated, not worth the price - To begin with, we were comparing our experience with what we had in Mauritius. We had done it 25 years ago and this time we wanted to take our son. So the rating is accordingly.
To begin with our guide who took us were very good. I give full credit to them.
The trip was supposed to be last for 1.5 hrs but it ended in 55 mins
The actual walking on the ocean surface was just 20 mins
They didn’t have food for fishes, which attracts lot of fishes under water (they said food got over 2 days ago).
There were no sea turtles(I doubt it is ever going to be there as it’s very close to shore).
They said they will offer water, but no water was offered.
Picture package online was 35.00. But at the site it was $45.00. There was no mention about high price online and we had no choice but to pay higher. The pictures did come out good and full credit to the team who went with us.
At the end when I asked my son what you enjoyed more, he said (snorkeling) as it had lot more to see. Also it was half the price of this trip.
