Laguna del Condado Profesor Jaime Benítez Rexach National Park - Receive a 1 hour Salsa Dance Lesson. This is open to all levels, but tailored towards beginners. You do not need to come with a dance partner. Our instructors are all professionals and very talented!
We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class starting to check in and getting settled before starting promptly at 4:30pm.

Salsa music and dance are a big aspect of the Puerto Rican lifestyle and culture. Learn the basics of it with or without a partner in a 1-hour beginner class! The park where the class is held is very centrally located with on walking-distance many bars and restaurants to have dinner and/or go out at night and practice what you have just learned!
You will be guided through the first steps of Salsa dance by a professional at a beautiful outdoor park location.
After your class you will be ready in no time to hit the dance floor!

- A maximum of 15 people per booking
- A minimum of 4 people per class is required. If minimum requirements are not met you can be added to an existing group on a different day or you will be offered a full refund.

Amazing experience! - Amazing instructor! This experience was one of the highlights of our mother- daughter trip. We had a blast learning salsa. Our instructor was great. He explained all the steps and had great energy. We had a really wonderful group of people. Highly recommend to all!!!

Ready to hit the dance floor! - Steven was a wonderful instructor. He is vibrant and funny, we had a great time learning Salsa 101, how to move, how to lead. It was a lot of fun! Because it was raining we had to change location and he right away communicated by text 2 hours before class with instructions on where to catch an Uber, a picture of where to meet, a map with a circle of where to meet. I would highly recommend this class!

Amazing Time - Steven the instructor was amazing. Very friendly and very energetic. My group of 12 felt so comfortable all we could speak about the entire trip was how much we loved salsa lesson. Looking forward to more.

A 10/10 experience! - Steven is a very talented teacher. He made the class very fun, energetic, and exciting, and was good about interacting with everyone in the group. We walked away feeling like we know the salsa basics and could go out to dance salsa in San Juan ourselves! He even gave great recommendations after class for other things to do in the area. The location was a really nice spot for dancing outdoors and was easy to find/not far from the city center. We would definitely do a class with Steven again!

Disappointed at lack of response - I was scheduled for a session on 7/5/2024 (my daughter’s birthday). Darette, the instructor, was communicating via text prior to the event. I advised her in advance that we would be 5-10 mins late and she said that was ok. When we got to the area, I could not locate her so I called her twice, left a voice mail, and sent a text. She did not respond to either. Very disappointed and I am going to request a refund.
