Traveling solo with a baby - I spent a lot of time looking for a tour suitable for me to take a rainforest trip solo with my 5 month old baby, and this one worked beautifully. We had a few stops, including a river where some people swam, a tower view and an opportunity for a lunch snack. I brought a car seat and had baby strapped in safely while on the road, then a hiking carrier to wear her for each sightseeing stop. I didn't need the stroller. Our guide Luis and driver Benny were very kind and I didn't feel rushed. Other guests also helped me at each stop too, and I enjoyed showing baby the rainforest sights, sounds and smells. We were picked up from our hotel at 8.30am and returned by 2pm which was a good amount of time - baby slept the whole way home with classical music on the radio. I'm glad we took this tour and everything went as smoothly as you could hope for.

Rain Forest Tour - Our tour guide was excellent, providing a great history of the Rain Forest (& Puerto Rico). He was also patient with some of the slower members of our small group. Very timely pick up & excellent advance communications.

There is a chance you... - There is a chance you won’t be able to swim. Wear hiking shoes, it might be muddy. The restaurant was too casual, it is not a restaurant, it is kind of shack still, but authentic Puerto Rican food. Make sure to go over your receipt before you pay, they made a mistake with us. They charged me more.

An outstanding experience. - Outstanding! Isaac was an excellent guide: informative, funny, helpful, improvisational. The park itself is magnificent. We loved every minute.

Great trip. - Our guide was Manny and he was awesome. Was very knowledgeable about the island. Not a ton of hiking so very doable for older people and children. Went to top of observation tower for amazing views. Saw the waterfalls and went for a dip in the water. On the way back we stopped at a roadside restaurant which served Puerto Rican food. Manny helped to explain what the dishes were. It was very reasonably priced and was very good. They arrived earlier than planned to pick us up. I would definitely recommend the trip.

El Yunque - Minimal but good intro. Take rhe earlier tour, before the park gets busy. Bring your own food if you like good quality, healthy
