- San Juan Bay - After arriving at San Juan Bay Marina and meeting your host, they will prepare each participant. Once everyone is ready, you will receive a mandatory safety briefing, and then the boarding process will begin one at a time. We will then proceed with the tour.

This 100% eco-friendly experience is a must during your visit to Puerto Rico. Our daytime tour allows you to enjoy marine life in the Condado Lagoon Estuarine Natural Reserve and panoramic views while you cruise. We focus on your safety. Whether you’re solo or with others, immerse yourself fully in this unforgettable experience of breathtaking cityscapes and ecological exploration.
Level 1 Tour: requires physical fitness. Example: walk for 60 minutes without stopping.
- Punctual Departures: Arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes early to ensure parking, comply with safety protocols, and complete the boarding process. We won’t be able to assist you if you arrive at or after the reserved time. Spaces are reserved for you, and arriving late will be considered a “No Show”. Reserved spaces won’t be reassigned, and the full fee will be charged.
- Weight Limits: The tour is conducted on a double Chiliboat. To ensure everyone’s safety, it is important that individual weight does not exceed 250 pounds, and combined weight of two people on a Chiliboat must not exceed 450 pounds. Before each tour, we will conduct weight checks. If someone in your group exceeds these limits, unfortunately, will NOT be able to participate, and will NOT receive refund. Share this information with all members of your group to avoid any inconveniences.
- Height Requirements: Minimum height: 4’6” (54 inches) (1.37 m), Maximum height: 6’5” (77 inches) (1.96 m).
- Prohibited Actions: Removing the life jacket, jumping into the water, and colliding with others. The person making the reservation is responsible for negligent damage to the unit or units. Smoking or consuming alcohol or drugs is not allowed. For your safety, that of other participants, and our staff, if we notice that someone is under the influence of the aforementioned substances, we will be forced to prohibit their participation in the activity. No refund will be provided.
