Day tour - We took a big family trip and Jorge was our tour kid. Unfortunately, the Poas Volcano was closed due to eruptions. Instead we stopped for a delicious breakfast!! We headed to the La Paz waterfall which was absolutely beautiful!! We then took a trip to see the Metal Church in Grecia which was neat and unusual since it was made completely of metal. We were then taken to see the world's largest oxen cart and got to see how they were made in a factory completely powered by water. We then stopped in Sarchi for lunch and experienced our first earthquake. It was a great trip and I would definitely recommend Jorge and Inside Tours!!

Good tour - Marcela was super attentive and knew a lot about history and geography. The experience at Dokka was very nice, but we couldn't see the volcano because it's been closed for three months.

The Soda we stopped at... - The Soda we stopped at had an incredible view, out door option, and delicious yet reasonably priced food. The waterfalls were cute. The coffee tour was top notch (Doka/Starbucks), and the o cart wheel factory was super interesting with authentic artists we could watch work.

Highly recommend! - I definitely recommend this tour if you’re staying in San Jose. It’s a great way to see the volcanic crater, the waterfall, and so many local sites in one day. However, I would like to note, breakfast is NOT included in this tour, you must pay on your own. I didn’t take any stars away for they because it was a great experience, I just want future travelers to be prepared to spend no more than $10 per person on a nice local breakfast. Do go on this tour and enjoy, I recommend!

Worth a try but expected a little more - We couldn't go to Poas due to the eruption so the agency gave us another tour option including coffee farm, waterfall, metal church...It was nice but we bought a tour with a coffee tasting, they took us to the Starbucks coffee farm and had no coffee tasting...it´s just a farm, they could have taken us to a costa rican farm, starbucks is everywhere...Waterfall is beautiful. Our tour guide was Maria Saenz, very nice and she explained many things to us. Driver Fernando is also very nice!

A very poor experience. The profile clearly says to visit the volcano... - It was a very poor experience, and the brief clearly stated that it was to visit the volcano, but the night before the tour guide would leave again after actually signing up, you would be told that there was no way to visit the volcano in recent months, so the itinerary was simply changed. It's compulsory to pay for breakfast from breakfast on, and I couldn't understand why I had to get up early for breakfast at a very average restaurant. I actually had a very good breakfast at the hotel, but gave up because of this timing. The waterfall is to drive to the side of the road to see a very small waterfall, not shocking at all. The view is very general, and then take you on a very commercial coffee tour, the overall trip is completely different from the original introduction, very unworthy of the price.

Dishonest - Agency canceled the Tour that I had paid in advance. Even after the agency insisted that the Tour was already confirmed on the eve of the tour, they warned me that they would not go to the Poas Volcano because it was closed for days.
