The Rain Didn’t Win - On time pickup, good driver, efficient stop in Orotina for food and souvenirs. Guillermo was a great guide on the boat and Tortuga island. We saw wildlife and a dolphin family. Fun time all around!

Professional workers - Bus Driver & Tour Guide were great! Very professional. They were knowledgeable and organized. My only complaint was the beach itself. Not what was expected at all. Beach was rocky and not swimming friendly. Other then the beach good time overall

Not a bad choice. - Good location to visit, Isla Tortuga is nice. The price we paid was fair since it included lunch. There was a traffic jam and we were late, but we felt rushed, not ideal for a full day tour. The breakup place was ok, coffee was great.

Tourist Trap. Not Worth It - It was an okay trip. The food options were not great (bland tasting) and some instructions were left out until we already heading to the beach (e.g. couldn’t bring your own food onto the bus or should have a change of clothes). The best part was sitting on the beach but the beach setup felt touristy. Spent most of the day on the bus or boat getting to the island. Wouldn’t recommend doing this trip.

Not worth the money. - – Not Worth the Price We booked a pricey tour to Tortuga Island that promised a light breakfast, snorkeling, a banana boat ride, lunch on the beach, and beach chairs. We paid extra for the all inclusive option for 3 people. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The boat arrived late, and the “light breakfast” was just a ham sandwich and a piece of watermelon. Snorkeling was a huge letdown — the water was so murky you couldn’t see a thing, and after five minutes, we were told to get back on the boat. We had paid an extra $35 per person for snorkeling, and the only compensation offered was two alcoholic drinks. Lunch was basic and average, and while drinks like water, coffee, and soda were complimentary, it didn’t make up for the overall value. Beach chairs were scarce and unorganized, and we had to dig one out and find our own spot. The banana boat ride was the highlight — fun and well-run. The staff were kind and helpful, like most people in Costa Rica. The island itself is beautiful, but overcrowded and simply not worth the high cost. For a better experience, visit Playa Blanca or Manuel Antonio on your own — you’ll get more for your money.

False expectations !!! - Very expensive for, the service, bad diet, raw rice, salad without dressings hard protein, fruit mince, without variety, improvisation of dressing rooms , there are no suitable places, a house for this purpose, they did not wait for the dolphins to come out, they left us retired in front of the hotel of collection in the middle of downpour, only coffee without cookies.
