Beetle Girls - This tour was a memorable and great experience, from pick up to drop off! Our lunch was delicious at a quaint little restaurant up in the mountains. The sky tram provided great views, along with a small trail and an additional observation lookout point at the top. The hanging brides tour was great! Roberto, our tour guide, did an excellent job as far as pace, and was super knowledgeable and helpful in showing us the wildlife. Alex, our driver, was also fantastic! He was knowledgeable and personable, made sure we got to our destinations, got our tickets and made sure we understood everything, and drove through the mountains like a pro! We had such a great time! I would highly recommend this tour!

Beetle girls - The tour was awesome! The little restaurant we stopped at, the food was so delicious. The hanging bridges tour with Roberto was my most memorable experience of Costa Rica. He was friendly, very knowledgeable and super patient dealing with my friend and I. Be careful for the giant beetles! Alex kept us on schedule the entire day and could whip that ride around those mountains like a pro. I would recommend this tour!

Monkeys, views, birds, rainforest and all amazing! - We had a great time with our tour guide Alex. Got to explore a local fruit market, the got up close and personal with wild capuchin monkeys, amazing scenic views, lots of photo ops, before having lunch. After that we got to Monteverde which was an amazing experience. The tram is super cool with great views, get to plenty of time to explore the top, then we headed back down and did a guided tour through the area. Would have been cool enough to just walk through but our tour guide took us on an up close and informational walk. He pointed out different plants, explained ecosystem connections, and pulled out his spotting scope to see the birds of the area.
Was well worth the time, money and was an unforgettable experience.

We had a great time experiencing nature and enjoyed the tour - My wife and I liked very much this tour. This is a complete day tour so I highly recommend wearing comfortable trekking shoes. You will also have different weather across the day because you'll go from San Jose down to sea level and after go up in the mountains were is cooler (light jacket and raincoat are advised). We loved the experience with the capuchin monkeys, they are friendly and playful. Our guide Alex was resourceful and provided guidance in how to interact with them. We also had the chance to see the process of gold extraction by local miners (this was a plus because it was not expected, kudos for Alex) at Abangares. At the cloud forest in treetopia park you can expect to have amazing views from the hanging bridges and see wild life. We did a 2 Km guided walk within the forest. We saw quetzals, coaties, tarantula, shrews and many other birds. Also on our way back to San Jose Alex showed us a river which seemed to be a kind of small hot spring. There were different stops during the day where we could go to the restroom and to buy water or snacks. Credit cards were accepted in all the places we visited which was convenient. In overall we had a great time and enjoyed the tour.

Inolvidable Monteverde en Costa Rica - The trip to Monteverde in Costa Rica was amazing. Alex guided us throughout with Costa Rican history. We liked the gold process, spectacular scenery, restaurants with very typical/married food, and handled specific times. Very friendly and attentive. I definitely recommend Alex and the Gotours company who supported me to travel in "solo:. I felt very safe! Thanks Alex!
In Monteverde I saw the Quetzal and Roberto the guide helped us take stunning pictures!

Amazing Day at Monteverde Sky Tram & Hanging Bridges with Alex - We had an absolutely amazing day exploring Monteverde Sky Tram and Hanging Bridges, expertly hosted by Alex. From start to finish, the experience was well-organized, comfortable, and truly unforgettable.
Our journey from San José was smooth and scenic, with Alex ensuring we had a great road trip. The initial drive along the Pacific Coast was a lovely surprise, and we even had the chance to see and feed monkeys—a fantastic start to the day!
I was especially eager to see the rainforest, though I was a bit skeptical about how “touristy” the experience might feel. However, I was pleasantly surprised—everything was thoughtfully arranged, and the suspension bridges walk provided an excellent opportunity to observe the rich biodiversity of Monteverde. The explanations about wildlife, trees, and flowers were insightful and engaging, making it much more than just a walk.
The Sky Tram was a true highlight, taking us up into the clouds for breathtaking views over the rainforest. It’s absolutely worth it—a unique experience that offers a whole new perspective of the cloud forest.
Given that we visited during the dry season, we were incredibly fortunate to enjoy stunning scenery, beautiful sunshine, and low humidity—perfect conditions for exploring.
A huge thanks to Alex, who was not only an excellent driver but also incredibly knowledgeable about his country. He made the day fun, informative, and stress-free, and we really appreciated his flexibility in arranging the trip.
Highly recommended for anyone wanting to experience the best of Monteverde!

Unforgettable trip to Monteverde - Alex went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience on our tour to Monteverde. Not only did he provide a wealth of knowledge about the area, but he also took care of all the details for us. He got our tickets for various stops along the way, making sure everything was taken care of before we continued our journey. It was a huge relief knowing we didn’t have to worry about anything.
In addition to this thoughtful touch, he made stops for a delicious lunch, took us to an amazing lookout, and even led us to a monkey house where we got to see the animals up close. Throughout the drive, Alex shared fascinating information about the provinces, animals, and flowers we encountered. His passion for the region was clear, and his attentiveness made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend Alex for a tour if you want to relax and fully immerse yourself in the beauty of Costa Rica!
