Very enjoyable and interesting food tour. - Hector was a great guide and took us to some places we would not have found on our own. All the food was wonderful and we went back for lunch to one of the restaurants a few days later.

Don’t Miss This Tour! - If you want a fun, enjoyable, informative, and yummy tour of San Jose, this tour is for you. Alan, our guide, entertained us with stories and history of San Jose while we sampled tacos from local, small taco shops. And they ALL were delicious. We ended the night with a private tequila tasting, which was the perfect capstone to a very enjoyable and memorable evening.

2nd Time…The BEST time! - Two years ago my husband and I did this tour and we loved it, so we knew we needed to do it again with our best friends on their first trip to San Jose del Cabo. Alan was our guide for the evening and took us to places that we would’be never found on our own; the most unique locations, full of colour and culture. It was only the four of us on the tour, making us feel extra VIP as we learned about Mexican cuisine, culture, traditions and of course tequila. Alan went above and beyond at each stop making sure we understood the menu options and choices, made his own recommendations to us and even worked his magic to get us incredibly fresh churros (when the long line seemed too daunting to wait in). The last stop with the tequila tasting was incredibly informative and lots of fun. I learned more about tequila than I ever knew before! I now know how to properly drink it and how it is made and aged. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat and would ask for Alan as my guide.

A great introduction to the city, and a way to learn from locals - We signed up for the morning walking and tasting tour on our first full day in San Jose Del Cabo, and I would recommend it to others. You start at the Municipal Market, and over the course of a few hours, work your way through town, stopping at a number of very authentic but reasonably-priced eating establishments that would all be good to go back to later in the week. In our case, the three of us (my wife and son) were the only people on the tour, so we got a private tour. It was a great opportunity to ask a local about life in Mexico. There is also a tequila tasting in their office, and the chance to try some great cocktails at restaurants along the way. It concludes with a tour to the chocolate factory. I strongly recommend the tour.

Best tour ever!! - I can't recommend this tour enough!! We had the best time with our guide Cici and the other guests on the tour. He took us to SO MANY places to each amazing tacos and also other spots to sample tequila and look at art. I want to come back with my husband and daughter so they can do the tour. Highly, highly recommend to anyone who wants to learn something new, make some new friends, each amazing food and have a great time:)

Must do- great (and delicious) intro to San José del Cabo - This was such a great tour, especially to do at the beginning of my trip. It’s a great introduction to the city of San José del Cabo and made me feel more comfortable returning to explore more on my own. Gilberto was a fantastic guide and every spot we stopped was delicious! I highly highly recommend doing this tour- especially for solo travelers, but really for anybody!

Great taco tour! - We had so much fun on our taco tour with Juan More Tacos Tours and our guide Gilberto. The restaurants we visited were all great and everyone was so friendly. The food and atmosphere at each were perfect. Gilberto shared history of the country and area, stories and jokes with us. I would highly recommend taking this taco tour.

Great intro to the San Jose Del Cabo area - Great experience! Hector the connector was a great guide and took us to 4 local spots We didn't love everything, but we were able to find some restaurants on the tour that became favorites, and that we visited again on our trip. Additionally, Hector provided information about the local area, and at the restaurants we learned a little about their business and their approach to the food. Many of these businesses are small and/ or family run businesses which is awesome to find so many wonderful local spots on one tour. We did this on our first night which was a great intro to our trip. A note- it was very humid the day we went on this tour and this is a walking tour. It's not a ton of walking but if your mobility isn't great you may want to consider an alternative, as we were very hot between each stop and the streets are small and there is lots of loose gravel and steps to be aware of.

Great time and great tour! - We had Gilberto for our tour and it was great! The food was AMAZING, we heard a lot about the history and people of the area, and we supported local businesses with amazing staff. Finally, the tequila tasting with Norma was phenomenal! There were so many gems with this tour.
