• Alma de Mexico - Restaurant & Cooking Classes - Chef Karla will guide us through the process of making guacamole, roasted salsa, and fresh ceviches. We’ll grill BBQ shrimp or garlic shrimp and hand-pick fresh vegetables from our garden. At the end of the class, we’ll enjoy a tasting of homemade mezcal. You’ll also have the opportunity to tour our art gallery, one of the largest in San Jose del Cabo. We’ll sample a variety of margaritas, including spicy cucumber, mango, Cadillac, strawberry, and tamarind margaritas.
